Everything was perfect! Rachael is very kind person, she really made us and our dog feel welcomed. The room was comfortable and we found there everything we needed. Parking was at the seafront but there was always free space and it's really close to the house. We really liked this acommodation and we hope to come back again one day.

It's a beautiful village.
It's a beautiful village. We saw dolphins in the Moray Firth from the breakfast room at our B&B! The harbour is nice and an excellent dolphin boat trip leaves from there. The only downside was that there is no pub, and there aren't many taxi companies, which means one of you may end up as the designated driver a lot of the time.

- 9.4Scored 9.4SuperbRated superb· 13 reviewsThe location, not far from Inverness, in the small town of Avoch was very good with a view over the harbour (where we had great fun fishing for crabs and hired one of the boats to take us into the bay to Dolphin watch!) and the beach. The only slight downside was, over the road was parked an old camper van and the public convenience. It is worth mentioning that the PC was clean, newly painted and not often frequented. Plus, the upstairs accommodation which we rented looked well over the top of the PC so our view was not disturbed.

Milk,bread, butter, eggs, sugar, tea bags, coffee etc. Also included in the welcome pack we had a bottle of fizzy wine and happy chappy, both very enjoyable especially after a long walk over the old railway line from Avoch to the next village. Definitely managed our 10,000 steps that day. The weather was glorious and our Cocker Spaniel had a ball on all the beaches near and far. Definitely worth another visit.😍🤗 .

Everything we wanted to know about the area was given including a map of the Black Isle. Very friendly couple, and room was outstanding with a view of the ocean. What struck us were the 'extras' like the generous welcome pack, kids' toys and great selection of books and DVDs. A really nice place to enjoy our first post-lockdown holiday. Avoch is a busy wee village during the day but very peaceful at night time. You can see dolphins at Chanory point just up the road.
