Excellent customer service was provided by Lady called herself"Spud" on arrival . Also our waiter called Anthony who gave excellent service very helpful to the point of helping me take my ill husbands box of food to him ,as I struggle with stairs and we were up the top .

I was greeted by a lovely staff member Muhammad who was very friendly. He gave us a discounted all halal breakfast and kindly offered us the best room as we booked last minute and were tired from travelling. He made me feel at ease and also cared for our experience. One of the most friendliest staff and also breakfast was decent.
