Everything, the room the location the facilities the friendly team .
I really enjoyed my time at the hotel and made full use of the fabulous hospitality and facilities on offer . From checking in to leaving the service was exemplary.
In speaking to the new manager he has a clear plan for the direction he wants the hotel to go with and I believe he’ll get there with ease.
The only thing I would say is look at expanding the options in the evening meal menu as I felt it was limited although the food I had was really good.
I all a good stay nothing negative to say all positive for me personally and I will be back soon 👍

Nice visit if get right accommodation.
Nice visit if get right accommodation. Unfortunately we stayed at the Buchanan Arms Hotel, and I have uploaded a bunch of photos of our supposedly SUPERIOR KING room - 2 singled beds pushed together.
The Mill House is lovely to go to for drink and meal. nearby hotel entertainment is on in local pubs.

I would say the hotel is a no frills establishment.
I would say the hotel is a no frills establishment. It's clean and comfortable , but in my view is tired and in need of updating. For me and has been mentioned many times by others is the poor breakfast on offer. In all the hotels I have stayed at I've never had to book for breakfast giving a specific time. Sadly one day we forgot to book so was turned away . Once at breakfast, you will constantly be asking for items to be refreshed , from the fruit juices to the bread for toast. The hotel seem to restrict what is put out. There is no proactivity from any of the staff, they have to be asked to do anything rather than act on something that we can all see need's doing. The hot food served was never hot as clearly it was already prepared and just waiting to be brought out. Overall our stay was ok , in a great location but is let down by what I have described above. You pay your monies and make your choice.

This quiet town is a short drive away from Balmaha where you can take the boat trip to Luss. Amazing views on the boat and both shores are very picturesque with small independent ice-cream parlours, coffee shops and other businesses.

Everything. The owners and staff couldn’t have been better.
Everything. The owners and staff couldn’t have been better. We were made to feel more than welcome. We were invited out along with the hotel staff and the local community for a walk along the west highland way up Conic hill on New Year’s Day. What a day! We couldn’t have enjoyed it more. I couldn’t recommend staying at the Drymen Inn highly enough. The food is excellent (we didn’t even eat anywhere else as it was so good and so reasonably priced), the entertainment on New Year’s Eve was fantastic, they made my wee dog Molly so welcome and quite simply couldn’t do enough for us. We have already booked for over New Year’s Eve next year and will very likely be back before that! Stuart, Jen and their staff were excellent hosts. Overall excellent in every way!!
Great location on a beautiful farm within walking distance of Drymen village centre.
Lovely host, very welcoming and friendly.
Big, beautiful room with balcony, comfy bed, rainfall shower head and lovely views out across the fields.
Yummy breakfast with vast array of options, both cooked and continental.
Easy check-in / check-out.
Plenty of on-site parking.
Was a great place to stay as a base for exploring around Loch Lomond.
Fabulous girly hot tub weekend
We had the best night away. Myself and 2 friends. The house has a cabin feel. So cosy and clean. Beds very comfortable. WiFi and Netflix. The hot tub in the garden was a lovely end to our night out. 5 min walk was the winnock hotel and the drymen Inn. We enjoyed our meal at the winnock and night in the drymen inn with live band. The beds were super comfortable. We can't wait to come back.
Beautiful property for our overnight stop. We were greeted on arrival and served with tea/coffee and scones in the comfortable downstairs guests' snug. Clean, beautifully decorated bedrooms with high-quality furnishings and Sky TV. Maggi and Gordon and their daughter made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was wonderful and as good as the best hotels we had stayed in during our 3-week Scotland N500 tour.
Great location in the lovely little village of Drymen with 2 other pubs, a bakery/coffee shop and a spar. A great stop on the way up to Scotland very close to Loch Lomond. In the West Highland Way and Rob Roy walking routes.
We had dinner, bed and breakfast for £126, amazing value. The food was great with big portions. The staff are friendly and they welcome dogs for £10 each.
Location was great,close to shop,cafe,pubs.
Decor in apartment was lovely, kitchen had everything you would need for cooking a meal, also had a washing machine which was great.
Netflix and BBCiplayer etc all available on big TV in living room.
Beds were comfy and apartment had central heating with temperature control in living room.
Good size shower in main bathroom.
We stayed at Braeside on the first night of our walk on the West Highland Way. This guest house is well situated in the centre of Drymen. It was warm, very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast at the Drymen Inn was also excellent. The owner of Braeside was extremely friendly and helpful and she had loads of local knowledge.
Beautiful and quite location with big ground to wall around it and just 2 minute drive from drymen which can get very busy with holiday makers which was great for my anxiety when it got to much and not far from loch lomond especially when you've just done a long slog up ben lomond 😂will definitely be back 😊
B and B is located in a cute town (Drymen) with close proximity to Glengoyne Distillery and Loch Lomond. Right next to a great restaurant - the Clachan, an old establishment (licensed 1734) with nice food, ambience, and friendly staff. Also next to an excellent bakery. Decor was nice.
Beautiful small town. Lovely coffee shop in town, Sqoosh, with wonderful homemade Victoria Sponge. Had dinner at the hotel which was very good and at Clachan Inn/pub which was wonderful. However they were very busy and the bar was noisy but staff worked hard and food was great.
Lovely location in a beautiful small town, with access to conveniences. Hotel is beautifully painted with gorgeous quaint window boxes of flowers. Our room was located in a quiet section of the Inn with easy access to the carpark. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Great location for those doing the West Highland Way Or Rob Roy. Easy to find and right in the centre of Drymen. The pool, steam room and hot tub were a great bonus and part of the reason I booked the stay, to rest the weary feet.
I loved the location. The room was lovely and very clean. The host, Tommy, was very sweet and quite friendly. You can tell he loves to have his guests I loved the inn was close to the oldest pub in Scotland. Quite a treatj
This darling cottage near the town of Drymen is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host is hospitable and helpful. Nice place to stay if walking the West Highland Trail. Food available at the nearby golf course.
a great stay in Drymen the staff were great the breakfast was great the rooms were exceptional my room was very large and the bathroom the same would recommend staying a gain in this hotel.
Lovely spot to enjoy rural stay. Horses, deer, sheep in the fields. Close to town of Drymen and Loch Lomond. Good facilities; we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Great space indoors and outdoors. Perfect for our group which included Dutch friends with their family.
They loved it and the beautiful Loch Lomond area.
