Room was great has everything we needed and at a great price the ladies at checkin where lovely couldn't do enough for us and gave us all the information we needed they moved us to a lower room last minute as one of party struggled with stairs which was great wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time we need hotel in Liverpool

This is the 4th time I’ve stayed at this hotel, however it is becoming tired. The breakfast was sub standard cheap bacon and sausage. Limited service due to COVID-19 which I totally understand. Safe was broke in the room which I would of liked to have used but not essential. The staff are always very friendly and really helpful for that I would still return.

The hotel is in the middle of a noisy industrial area. Police sirens blasting out throughout the night. Pretty awful location and a tired, run down hotel with lots of faulty equipment. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The toasters used in most big hotel chains are the conveyor style which never toast the bread but come with strict notices saying don’t put through twice. Sick of toast like stale bread, I broke the rules and the toast was then too burnt. I gave up on toast after that. But I liked you could eat all you wanted.
