Everything was perfect! Rachael is very kind person, she really made us and our dog feel welcomed. The room was comfortable and we found there everything we needed. Parking was at the seafront but there was always free space and it's really close to the house. We really liked this acommodation and we hope to come back again one day.

A great area to explore with plenty of walks; sandy/rocky beach access. Overlooking the Moray Firth with dolphins and seals. The town is small with some shops, a fish n chip that was never open. Stunning views

This is a very small village. Quiet and near other small villages. The next village, Fortrose, has a 12th Century ( partially ruined) cathedral. Both villages have caravan parks that are very popular in summer.

Lovely location with lots of beautiful coastline and woods. If you like wildlife, this is a great place to visit. Some beautiful places to visit - Cromarty is well worth a visit. Not many petrol stations so fill up before you go.

It is unfair to rate anyplace at the moment, since due to covid nothing is 'normal'. Cannot blame anyone for the awful cold and wet weather we encountered. Rosemarkie and the black isle is in a beautiful part of the world and well worth a visit.

We visit Rosemarkie every year and have never been disappointed with our stay. I would say don't go for the weather as it can be raining, but when it is hot it's very hot and you need to take strong sun factor cream

This is a beautiful, small coastal village with the benefit of having the dolphins to watch if you walk up to Chanonry Point (lighthouse) (approx. 20-30 minute walk - probably best not to attempt this if you have difficulty walking). There is one pub in Rosemarkie but we found that the menu was extremely restricted so opted to drive into Fortrose where there is The Anderson or IV10, but you may need to book ahead! There is also the Golf Club in Rosemarkie, but again you will need to book ahead.
