Lovely staff, except one barman who didn't crack a smile! Young man who served breakfast was lovely, friendly and efficient. Food excellent. Perfect location, managed to park in their car park everyday.

Good location and within walking distance to cruise ships - even with luggage. Room was well presented, plenty of space and very comfortable.
Plenty of living space for a weekend break, close to Southampton and Paultons Park. Able to park at the carpark behind the shopping precinct for 24 hours. @£10. Comparable price to three separate hotel rooms but more suitable for our family party including babies and toddler.
