For a 1 or 2 night stay if your touring crete its OK. Ideally it has supermarket opposite. The prices at the hotel were very good and everyone there helpful.
For the price per night paid with a breakfast we were not expecting luxury.

Absolutely everything !! The staff was wonderful. Very friendly, the hospitality very prompt, you don't see any stress on their behavior, maybe because all the staff is local, foreigners they just do their job, nothing else. Unfortunately, this os happening with all foreigners in a foreign country

Typical Greek seaside town with adequate facilities, plenty of tavernas and some good shops. A bit scruffy and run down in places with some derelict buildings, badly maintained public walkways and litter. Some smart hotels but otherwise feels a bit run down. Great location for those wanting to visit tourist destinations across west Crete.

Its rather small and quiet village, with few cafes and restaurants near by. The beach is ok, especially for families. If you walk parallel to the coastline you will find a beautiful ancient monastery.

You should not believe the good reviews this place had.
You should not believe the good reviews this place had. The place is isolated and hard to find. Unpleasant location with building going on around it and many stray dogs. It doesn’t have any hotel facilities but cannot be regarded as a self catering apartment as no facilities to prepare or eat food. It is miserable and we left after one night . We were alone in the place all night
The only interesting place in the vicinity was a monastery about 25 min walk away

The place is very far and inconvenient to get to, there is nothing in the area except the hotel you choose to stay in and you should also pay attention to that, because there are a few good hotels, everything else should stay away from them. The beaches are not so accessible for swimming and there are usually high waves, from October it gets very cold with strong winds in the area which makes it even more difficult to relax and enjoy a good tan or a walk on the beach.

The local government needs to invest more in the infrastructure, and complete half-finished projects, such as installing the missing lampposts and planting trees or shrubs in the erstwhile empty planters. There were also signs of unsightly fly-tipping. Pity that I noticed that there were no bring in sites and locals seemed to dispose of domestic waste without separating the recyclable from the organic.
There is a good supermarket within walking distance, so one can stock up easily. The seaside restaurants serve fresh local food and are very fairly priced. A very quiet town and no evident nightlife.

Quiet small village with an authentic atmosphere.
Quiet small village with an authentic atmosphere. There are some wonderful hidden gems in the neighborhood. Lack of very noisy, touristy spots is a bonus - it feels very relaxing, calm and private. A great place to stay when exploring the west of the island. Accessible by public bus directly from Chania.
First of all, the service, the smile and feeling of care from the staff at the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the hotel is designed for families and children, there is enough food and facilities in the hotelIn addition, they are compatible with allergies. My daughter is celiac and they prepared special food for her there! There is a lovely entertainment team that dances during the day and does a children's show every evening. There is also a circus show once a week that the children really enjoyedI would definitely recommend the hotel
Very spacious, very functional and comfortable commonplaces. The whole place is in good design, inspired by Moroccan design. The staff are very nice. The general location is great for best beaches in Chania, with 30min
- 90 min drive. The hotel is located quite closed to gas stations, super market and the beach of the village.
They have free private parking places, if they are full, there are free public parking place nearby.
Perfect for couples, families and friends.
Very quiet hotel, with really nice pool and view to the sea. The staff was very friendly and reactive to our questions.
This is a good place to explore the area of west Crete (Balos...) and have a good rest at night.
We had no private pool, but they are in front of the parking (for some rooms) and we could see them when we parked ... So no regrets not to have one !
The host was extremely nice, giving us so many good suggestions and advices and making us really feel home.
The concept of the whole facility is very nice as it was and old settlement recently renovated!
Also, the nice little village of Kolymvari is very close and it had many good restaurants and a nice sea front promenade.
The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. The staff is excellent, as well as the big pool. The food for this price was nice, what I petsonally missed was a larger variety of fresh vegetables and fruits. It is easy to use the public transport, you just have to walk to the main road (cc 7-8 minutes).
New hotel in the calm Kolymbari village. Swim-up pool and pool areas were nice. Ok buffet with varying themes, but you also have a row of good fish restaurants close by. Great hotel gym. Staff was young, but very service minded, all our requests were swiftly dealt with.
The hotel is of a high standard for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Service level and the staff at a high level with service awareness. In a clean and tidy place. Several types of swimming pools and a nearby quiet and clean beach.
highly recommend.
The hotel is very nice, clean, with big and comfortable apartments. We had breakfast and dinners and the food was delicious.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The two pools and aqua park are clean and nice.
Beautiful gardens and cozy area.
I cannot believe that all the glowing reviews about this place are genuine. it isn’t a hotel as no kettle in room or any staff support. not an apartment as had no facilities to make a drink or prepare and eat food
The view was very picturesque from the hotel. The apartment is located in a very good location. I can honestly recommend this hotel for anyone. The hosts are a very kind people they can help you with anything.
Great hotel for families.
The service was great.
The water park is excellent!
The room was very comfortable (they upgraded us to a big room).
the snack bar is offering diversified food all kind.
Location, location, location! This property was located in the small beach town of Kolimvarion. The owners also own the amazing restaurant below. The food was excellent!
Quiet location but easy to get from Chania, and great staff. Room was spacious, and easy access to the beach from the hotel. Great stay for a few relaxing days !
Overall the hotel was clean, with nice views (the pool was definitely a plus on the view side), more than decent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.
