One of my favorite spots in Greece. A beatiful little mountain town at the slopes of the Olympus mountain. Great small hotels and restaurants and endless trails to walk in the Olympus Mountain within a walking distanace.

Litochoro is a gateway to Olympus, so it does not need recommendations. The apartment we rented was a bit farther from the mountain, close to the sea. So we had the advantage of sea beach, plenty of restaurants and shops.AAnonymous - 8.0Scored 8.0
if you plan to follow E4 in one day, better to take taxi to...
if you plan to follow E4 in one day, better to take taxi to Prionia and hike from there. If you climb from the beginning , there is not much to see. on the way and you will get exhausted after 4 km since the trails are quite stepp with sharp rock.

The ambiance of the village is amazing, the views of ocean and mountains alike are unmatched. We probably would have stayed one more night as we didn't even get to the beaches but just had time to hike Mt. Olympus. STAYED IN 1 ROOM FOR THREE OCCUPANTS FOR ONE NIGHT. IT WAS TOO TIGHTLY FITTED WITH FURNITURE, NOT MUCH ROOM TO MOVE THEREAFTER. OTHERWISE CLEAN, HOT WATER AVAILABLE, KETTLE AND EXTRA BLANKETS PROVIDED PROMPTLY ON REQUEST. BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS AND FRESH AT $7 PP. VEIWS: EXCELLENT VEHICLE ACCESS; IN FRONT OF THE ROOMS RECEPTION; ATTENDED SMILING AND HELPFUL OVERALL A PLEASANT STAY. CLOSE TO ROYAL NECROPOLIS: WORTH A VISIT DION ACHEOLOGICAL SITE: NOT MUCH DIFFERENT TO OTHER SITES.

From the beautifully set breakfast table to the extra bathroom sundries provided, there isn’t an inch of this special space that hasn’t been thoughtfully touched. The service is warm and caring. The location is perfect for day hikers or explorers of the area. I would stay there again in a second and have my family and friends join me as well! A slice of heaven.

The studio had really every thing you need. The views from the rooftop on Mount Olympus to the left and to the sea to the right was epic!!! Everything we need was in walking distance. Calm area and insulation was surprisingly good (for Greece). The plus was also the private parking of the hotel. If we come back we will definitely stay at this studio again.

I usually bring my own sheets to hotels and Airbnb because I’m so stressed about the cleanliness of the places. This place was incredible! The place was clean and beautiful and my boyfriend and I had the option to go and sit at a bar and we just wanted to stay in cause of the coziness and comfort of the place. The staff was amazing and super sweet. Definitely will be coming here again ❤️MayaIsrael

Right in the front of the town's fountain, next to various restaurants, taxi stand, etc. It's a 15-minute walk to the start of the E4 trail. The hostess of the hotel is very nice. We arrived late at night..... around 12 midnight and she waited for us. Love the view from our balcony. Very clean rooms. Value for money is very good.
