Nice place overall. The owner is kind to provide all needed guidance for check-in and parking, although we didn't meet, but everything ran smoothly. The condition of the house is great, we had what we need, beds are cozy and comfortable.
We enjoyed the 1 night stay and hope to come back to explore this area in the future.

Close to beach, personal was nice, though dont expect them to understand Croatisch (slovak/czech,polish or such, since they were from Agency and not locals, breakfast was okayish.
Dinner buffet is only worth it if you eat a lot... :) For our 5y old was not worth the money - 10€.
