Beautiful villa and the surrounding nature is amazing, very relaxing indeed. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They have many activities to book and the restaurant's dishes were yummy. They have free shuttle to and from central ubud (around 40 minutes away from the villa). What made the stay memorable was also how the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Special thanks to Mba Yuika🙏🏻

We booked the basic rooms and arrived to find the bathrooms were downstairs via external stairs which were more like ladders than stairs. Not great for the middle of the night toilet trips. We quickly asked for upgraded rooms and we were offered much nicer villas for not a great deal more money. Otherwise we would have found somewhere else to stay.

Great countryside localisation north from Ubud center. Very stylishly. Helpful and friendly staff. You dont want to go out when you get in. We walked around and we found fabulous temple villages and waterfalls just walking distance. Great place if you want space and peace as well as beutiful scenery. Totally recommend.

Fresh air, rice terraces, Balinese people are very friendly and courteous. Nature, vegatation, forest.. waterfalls and temples. My husband and I stayed at Aksari Ubud Resort & Spa … this place is my personal version of paradise. Staff were very cordial… they aim to please … the resort has great amenities and awesome infinity pools. The entire place has wifi, room has smart TV with Netflix, the resort is clean and very well maintained and smells like aromatherapy (spa) with “zen” music..,

Its got some lovely attractions and sights. Its peaceful and quiet without being too remote. Spending time amongst the people here gives you a sense of what life in Bali is really like and not just what they put on for tourists.

Last time I came to Bali, I only stayed in Ubud. Tegalalang is only a short trip away, but it is so peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Waterfalls, rice paddies, jungle, friendly locals and you really can experience Bali here. I have never felt more grateful, free and alive. Make sure to rent a moped to get the most out of it!

Far away enough from the city centre to be tranquil and relaxed with plenty of local activities such as the rice terrace and swings, close proximity to temples, waterfalls and volcano without the hustle and bustle of the centre.
This resort exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. The location was peaceful with beautiful views over the valley and rice fields (some people might find the location a bit remote if they're planning to go out a lot, but if you want a relaxing stay it is perfect). The pool was lovely and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Scooters are available for rent, so you can easily visit Mount Batur or Central Ubud.
The best hotel in Bali during our trip ! Clean and Spacious room with a wonderful view on the jungle and the rice fields. 10 steps down and we were swimming in a nice pool with the same view. In addition of that, delicious breakfast served on the room terrace just in front of the rice fields.
But above all, what I will remember first is the incredible kindness of the owner and his personal, always there to help you.
Don’t miss this wonderful place.
My stay at Villa Tanah Carik was peaceful and relaxing amongst the rice field!
The room and bathroom is big ! I really like the way the decorate the room.
Swimming pool is nice too.
There is a cafe Green kubu nearby and also A vegetarian warung literally accros à the street!
It’s also easy to go to Tegalalang nearby attraction by Gojek.
If you are looking to relax outside of crowdy Ubud this is the perfect place too ☺️
Suksma 🙏✨
Choose this hotel! after staying in other hotels in Bali, I can tell this is one of the best in all aspects: the facilities are clean, beautiful, perfect. The villa and the room is a dream! very spacious and you have everything you need. The best is the hotel staff, I got sick during my stay in Bali and the staff helped us find a pharmacy, and they brought the breakfast to the room as I needed to rest. Tons of kindness here!
The house is absolutely gorgeous, has an amazing Balinese style and the hospitality of the family and of Yeru was the best part of everything, since I arrived I felt their welcome. Also they give Balinese breakfast every morning, Yeru gave me my favorite fruits and a delicious coffee! I got relaxed and I practiced yoga every morning in their main area with a mat which they also gave me. I definitely will come back.
It was the best experience in Bali! We have been coming for 1-2 months every year since 2016. And we have been to a huge number of hotels. But we met such hospitality and kindness here. Villa with a nice pool and a beautiful view. The staff brought us all the dishes we asked for. The bathroom is very comfortable! Breakfast and food in Warung are some of the most delicious in Bali. Thanks to Blacky and his family!
AMAZING guest house
1. Crazy nice view over a valley, green forest, pool, garden & gamelan instrumental/ music hall :-)
2. Lovely Balinese family with many artists (dancers, musicians)
3. Cheap bicycle rental
4. Serenity and sense of sanctity in this beautiful and quiet place of the island ✨️
Thank you dear Wayan, Made and Ngyoman ^^ Will take my family next time!
We loved Suarapura resort! The mesmerising views of the rice terrace, the sound of nature, the pool, everything was perfect. The owner, Sebastiano is very welcoming as well as his staff, especially Ketut who took us to the holy water temple and helped us get a scooter. Also, highly recommend for remote workers, the wifi is really good.
A right choice and great impression for our first time staying in Ubud. The view is extraordinary, we enjoy it especially when we are having floating breakfast at the jacuzzi. The suite is clean and comfortable. Not to mention the staffs, friendly and attentive service. Would definitely go back and recommend it to our friends
When you’re outside the building you wouldn’t imagine that you would be walking into such a hidden paradise. Abian taksu was one of my favourite stays in Bali. The view, the mountains, nature sounds. Everything was just so beautiful. And the staff was great and very helpful. If I come back to Bali will definitely book again
I can absolutely recommend this accommodation! If you want to stay in paradise or heaven, you are absolutely right here.
The villas are in pure nature, white beautiful flowers and trees and a great view. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly.
The shuttle to Ubud and rice terrace is perfect.
I love the Japanese style of the Villa and apartments. great is that the bed is located direction the balcony so you have an amazing view. Lot’s of greenery with birds and insects. If you like nature this is the place.
Had a very nice Balinese massage. The diner was very nice. Nice pool.
We spent a night in Dukuh on our way North to rice terraces. It's remote, thus quiet. Yet, we had light to none traffic from Ubud. In general, location is great, surrounded by small rice terraces. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Value for the money is great.
The host is literally amazing, he helped us so many times, even after we left the hotel. It's hard to describe how nice he was ! We had a really great time. And also the beds were really good ! Best bed in two weeks in Bali.
I recommend it to everyone, the facility is new, clean and well-equipped. Pool, clean and nice. The service was very helpful and friendly. The area is beautiful, next to the rice terraces. Close to Ubud. We loved it.
We chose GK Bali Resort for our honeymoon. The hotel is super comfortable, the staff is always ready to help. the private pool and common infinity pool is nice to chill out.
ideally with a room slipper or bath slipper provided will be best, is cold to step on the tile floor from bed, especly at Ubud , weather is cooling at night.
