It was an amazing location, all the staff were amazing to us. I would recommend it to other people as well
Situated in the heart of Dublin city centre in a historic building, The Gresham Hotel benefits from its own restaurant 'Toddy's', and a bar.

Likes the 2nd bedroom given the breakfast the cleanliness
Dislikes given a horrible room and being told they had upgraded me they hadnt its what i paid for
The map to the first bedroom !!
Staff gossiping for 40 mins in large breakfast room , then the same person 3rd day stroking a girls hair whist chatting to her ignoring people at the bar
The new decor is awful and not right for the hotel lino , awful canvas paintings
I have been numerous times this was.not.good

Perfect location and very clean. We were even given a complimentary drinks voucher each, to use in their lovely pub.

Comfortable, spacious room. Very clean and modern hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We added breakfast for one morning which was reasonably priced with a good selection in the buffet.
Fantastic view of Dublin mountains from room windows.
Fantastic view of Dublin mountains from room windows. Great shopping in and around the Square. Very good choice of eating/drinking establishments, except of course if you have allergens such as gluten intoleration or other allergies in which case you might have to go walkabout. Easy access to public transport to just about anywhere in Dublin.

Every thing in the room was nonfunctional, water hearing kettle leaked and water was all over the place on carpet. There was no toiletries in the bathroom. Staff was nice.
They could not accommodate us earlier than the check in time. After a long flight, we had to waste our whole day

Reception was great, genial & professional & fast .
Reception was great, genial & professional & fast .Once I had my key I went to my room on the 3rd Floor by lift.Took me a moment to find the room as the room numbers were inadvertently hidden by a giant sized potted banana plant, beautiful plant. My room was generous given I was solo two beds, the double I used, sleeping like a babe on both nights of my stay. The bathroom was exceptional, large & well-fitted with safety features for both toilet, sink area & shower unit.Non-slip throughout & spotless.

Loved to explore tallaght as nice walks in the area.
Loved to explore tallaght as nice walks in the area. The view from our room was amazing and we got to experience the shamrock rovers game atmosphere wad great!! Only down fall to our trip was no access to the balcony in our room. The room was so hot and also had only tiny windows. This is the only issue that may keep me from returning. With such strong heat even the fans provided in the room were just circulating hot air it was so uncomfortable to try sleep.

My son lives in Tallaght, so I visit the place on a regular basis. I doubt that there is anything really interesting to do or see in Tallaght itself, but you can easily reach the city center of Dublin by hopping on a LUAS Red Line train (20 km, 45 minutes). The LUAS lines are a pleasant and very affordable way to get around.
Hotel was fine, parking was good, however room looked a little dated and windows were poor in terms of being noise proof, you could hear all of the traffic. Bed was hard but ok. Room service was ok, told me they needed cash only but they eventually allowed me to use my card. Didn’t use the leisure centre but it looked ok when I walked past.
Found it expensive but I think that is what it is like in Dublin. I would say that the standard is a little lower than a premier inn but it was ok overall.
The staff were excellent, from the people at the front desk to the staff that waited on us in the restaurant. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing about this hotel I would have preferred would be if it was closer to town but the tram was right outside their hotel and we took that right to grafton street . The tram is very inexpensive and convenient.
I would stay at the glashaus hotel again if the opportunity presents itself.
Great location! Parking underneath the hotel easy to access, shopping centre over the way and the tram to get into Dublin is literally right outside. It was about 50 minutes on the tram into Dublin but the ride was pleasant and interesting enough. The trams are super easy to use and hop on/off. The hotel was clean, modern and spacious. The room and bathroom was lovely, to a high modern standard and we found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful.
The hotel is Clean and tidy. The rooms are big and fully equipped by amenities.
Going downtown is easy as the public transport is close by. Coming from airport is easy too- just take the airport hopper bus ( remember the bus area is near the church at the airport)
The breakfast is incredible superb and the staff of the breakfast section are so polite and humble.
The restaurant downstairs too has good food and staff too are polite.
The rooms were large and felt spacious, with big windows and comfortable beds. There's also a nice little seating area as well as plenty of dresser/counter space.
The breakfast buffet is pretty decent with a wide selection of food options (eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, yogurt, cereal, pastries, etc).
The bar is hit or miss with drinks - the first day they were good but the same drink two days later was undrinkable.
A great gem of a place and in a great location if you need to be in and around Tallaght. Easy walking distance to Tallaght Stadium, The Square and Tallaght Village. Easy and quick access to the Dublin and Wicklow mountains. The host Noreen is wonderful and very welcoming. Breakfast is fabulous and delicious and will set you up for the day. Comfortable, safe and welcoming. All good and I am sure I will be back.
We were meeting family in Tallaght so decided to stay local. The staff were lovely at check-in. Our room was fine. No room service available. Nothing special about the hotel
If you want somewhere clean to sleep stay here but don't expect any atmosphere.
I was working in the area so can't really say what was to offer for tourists. The hotel was clean and modern, rooms were spacious enough with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful with a good selection.
Great location and the rooms were clean and spacious. It was convenient for the event we were attending, there are lots of shops nearby and it's also great for getting trams into Dublin. Also great to have free parking available.
The hotel was clean and great location for our trip. The breakfast had two options and food was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. the location was handy to public transportation and the mall for shopping.
I like the hotel. it exceeded my expectations. I can recommend this hotel to everyone who search for a nice hotel. it is close the shopping mall and public transport and easy to access everywhere in Dublin
we booked for the location, a short walk to the Tallaght hospital. The hotel room was perfect and had everything we needed. We didnt use the restaurant or breakfast but we used the car park which was free.
The location suited me, I was going to an event in Tallaght Leisure Centre. However the location is close to Tallaght Square and the Luas into Dublin. The WiFi was free and easy to get connected.
Lovely homely welcome from Noreen. Excellent location. Walking distance to all amenities & transport services. Fabulous breakfast. Would defiantly stay again when I am back in the area.
Location close to the luas is the only reason we picked this hotel and because it was cheaper than most other (currently extremely overpriced) hotels for a night (<€200).
