We checked out of Amalfi Luxury House (see my other review for details) because the a/c wasn't working and there was a problem with the shower. This hotel was fantastic! Centrally located and we didn't have to climb any stairs to get to it. Well managed and clean.

The hotel was exactly what we wanted from a vacation. Lovely, bright room, gorgeous view, complementary prosecco in our room sipped on the terrace. Staff worked hard to meet our every need. One staff member even shared his own umbrella on a particularly rainy evening. Enjoyed delicious drinks at the bar at sunset. Turndown service with fresh water and delicious cookies. Best view in Amalfi yet close to walk everywhere. Would go back in a heartbeat. When I close my eyes I am there!

We travelled to Amalfi as a group of two friends and whilst Amalfi is lovely, it is a very sleepy town so there isn't much going on in the evenings. Perfect for couples/families but I'd recommend Positano for groups of friends!

Visiting Amalfi in the off-season was a good choice.
Visiting Amalfi in the off-season was a good choice. It felt like a normal town where you could see people work, go to school, shop for groceries and chat with neighbours. The tourist sites were open, parking was easy and we had the beautiful spots all to ourselves - the gardens of the Villla Rufulo in Ravello, the Sentiero degli Dei between Agerola and Nocelle, the black sand beaches, and plenty of restaurants are open.

December was perfect time, not crowded and plenty of shops and restaurants were open, beautiful small town with great views, I rather stay at amalfi than Positano where the whole town was shut down for winter and very over priced, you can take a day trip there on local bus for £3 one way.

Very nice place for a couple of days.
Very nice place for a couple of days. Expensive but not as much as Positano. The roads are crazy and when we were there, they were closed for most part of the day. The ferries were not working due to the weather.
Transportation and parking are a nightmare there.

Amalfi has everything you need for accommodations, food and...
Amalfi has everything you need for accommodations, food and shopping. It's the Amalfi Coast hub for Ferries and Buses to get you in and out of the area. A very bustling place and overcrowded for the middle of October. In past years the busy season was over by the end of September. Everyone seems to still be making up for the COVID shutdowns. Hoping it calms down in the coming years.
We stayed at the hotel for six nights, the place was just 10 minutes away (by bus) from the Amalfi town. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and comes every hour (pick up / drop off). The terrace has the most amazing view of the coast and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfy,. The owner, Christiana is very helpful, nice, and offers great advice of where to go and gives great recommendations. Breakfast was great, we will definitely recommend this to our friends and if we come back, we will be sure to stay here!
Gorgeous views of the Amalfi Coast. Cozy and comfortable accommodations. Preparing meals in the small kitchen and eating meals on the patio with spectacular views. Antonio, the house manager, was always very helpful and responsive. It’s only takes 10 to 15 minute walk down from the apartment into Amalfi’s Square. When we wanted to avoid the vigorous walk back, buses ran fairly regularly from the Amalfi port to the bus stop near the apartment.
This little flat is perfect if you want to stay a couple of days in Amalfi and explore the region! Mariapaola and her mother are very welcoming and hospitable. They even gave us fresh fruit and a little souvenir to keep. The accommodation is a little bit up the hill and therefore probably really quiet in the summer, but not too far away from the hustle and bustle of the Amalfi Coast (15 min to walk to the port). I would definitely stay here again.
the location and and the view both from my window and the terrace was beautiful it’s also very central, the bus station is literally outside the door of the hotel that can take you anywhere alongside of the Amalfi coast. The staff was incredibly helpful as I couldn’t find the location of the hotel at first 🤦♀️ the bed was a bit uncomfortable but only a little, the room was small, but as I’m travelling alone I didn’t find it to be an issue.
We had a wonderful stay! Very nice, super clean, nice view and kind staff. Located on top the hill and great to see Amalfi coast from the hill. Good Mediterranean atmosphere hotel. Nice village with a signature church. Great access via bus to the Amarfi down town area. Very nice and tasty breakfast with home made cakes served as a part of buffet menu. So heartwarming. One of the best hotels we stayed while traveling in Italy!
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Everythıng is very new and clean. The bus stop ıs only 2 mınutes walking distance from the hotel so if you are coming with a traın from Sorrento or Salerno, you can just take the bus and basically arrive at the hotel. The hotel personnel, Ms. Reneta was very attentive and helpful. She made our stay at Amalfi coast easier. I will defintely recommend the hotel to my friends.
Location, location, location. The hotel, located just west enough of the main piazza keeps it out of the way of hordes of day tourist bus drop offs and is situated on the water, a short walk from everything - tons of restaurants, ferry boats to carry you up and down the Amalfi coast and downtown Amalfi. Parking, normally a problem along the coast, is taken care of by the hotel's private parking facility.
We have traveled extensively through Italy and Miramalfi exceeded our expectations! The staff was AMAZING, the hotel was BEAUTIFUL, the lunch location PERFECTION, the pool and swimming area were perfect. Such a wonderful location , close enough for a brief jaunt into Amalfi town center and then far enough away from the chaos! LOVED this hotel, we will be back!!
Maurizio and his sister run this property extremely well. They are the embodiment of the Amalfi coast. Hospitality, welcoming and helpful every step of the way. The hotel is high up, it’s a lot of steps but they meet you and carry your bags. The room and hotel was incredibly quaint with amazing views. It was an amazing experience and we are so thankful!!!
The apartment was much bigger than we expected, we had a kitchen, laundry, bathroom, living room and bedroom. It had an amazing view (over the road) to the Amalfi coast and was quiet. The host was great, she sent through a massive list of all the things we can do in Amalfi, how to get around and was very helpful when we needed a taxi.
The location is excellent, very close to the bus station. The Amaprtment is modern and clean. Also, it has a really nice view of the Amalfi coast from the balcony.
The service from the host Mr. Muarizio was exceptional as he helped us in everything we needed. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Amalfi.
This property has no faults, it is absolutely perfect! The view across the Amalfi coast is absolutely stunning, and a must see. The host was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived. We travelled by car and visited Amalfi and Positano via the ferry, the host was so helpful with parking recommendations.
Amazing balcony view! The room was so clean and spacious with a very nice bathroom, mini fridge, and big bed that provided a much needed break on the beautiful amalfi coast. Great location in town right near the water and all facilities were working perfectly. Would definitely recommend staying here!
This hotel is beyond all dreams. The beautiful setup with unbelievable views from every corner, the spectacular
breakfast, the sea beach with the smiles and service of the staff, everything was just amazing! If you are planning to stay in the Amalfi Coast - this is the perfect choice.
Beautiful location, easy 20 minute walk into the main Amalfi town with a stunning beach just down the road.
Bus stop is metres from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Waking up to the sunrise over the Amalfi coast was divine. If you want a place with a view - this hotel has it.
The property is very clean and tidy . Suit to 4 pax with two room queen bed. Not too much steps (average 30steps) . Very friendly stuff especially Vincenzo :)
And Walking distance to amalfi beach, port to capri - positano. Recommend place to stay in Amalfi Coast area.
Gerardo was so helpful with our planning and dropping us off to our bus stop and picking us up. The home is so lovely and breakfast was very yummy. All of the staff were very friendly. Amazing views of the Amalfi coast and lovely bathroom and room. Super beautiful!
Although it’s a bit far from the center area, this hotel has a stunning view from the balcony.
It takes about 15mins to get to the center area by bus, we’ve walked there several time as we really enjoyed the view of Amalfi coast :)
One of the best views of Amalfi coast. It is very clean, neat and tidy. Do not forget to bring wine in the evenings to enjoy hotel’s amazing view. Teressa is an amazing host and she definitely makes sure you feel home!
