I stayed in a place (apartment) that smelled quite bad on entry. The apartment was on the last floor with no lift access. It wasn’t anywhere near the centre. Went for a walk to get some food. Everything was closed. Lucky after a very long walk to find a pizza place. The shower was so small you could move much without hitting the very poorly installed plastic doors. Very disappointed.

Warm and welcoming, spoke good English, tremendous attention to detail. Didn’t like the stairs as we need to take dogs outside at difficult times day and night, however, we coped ok. The little balcony was perfect. The breakfast was excellent catering for all tastes.KarenFrance

The location is on the edge of town which was good for us as it is only a few 100m from the cycle path. We were to tired to go far for diner so ate in the restaurant. It has reduced menu due to covid restrictions only serving to hotel guests. It was reasonable price (20€ 3 courses plus water and glass of wine) and ok if you were hungry cyclist. The room which I occupied was excellent and was cleaned everyday. I had a lovely, spacious bathroom as well, with a superb shower. On the whole, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will hopefully return to his B+B when making future visits to Novara. The whole experience was superb!
