I recently had a wonderful stay at Hotel Della Torre, and I must commend the exceptional service, particularly thanks to Marco at the reception. His charisma and welcoming attitude made a positive impression from the start. Furthermore, the breakfast at the hotel was truly delightful, and it offered an unexpected treat – a brief tutorial on how to order coffee or cappuccino in Italian. This unique touch added a cultural flair to the breakfast experience, making it not only delicious but also educational and memorable.

Prior to arriving we sent an E mail requesting one of their rooms with a view if it became available. The hotel got us one of the rooms and upgraded us free of charge. There are 3 reception staff and each and every one of them were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Likewise with the staff that served breakfast. The view from our hotel room was stunning and the location is exceptional. This was our first visit to Italy and this hotel certainly did not disappoint. We would highly recommend it. Great value. Lakeside location was very pleasant. Room at the side of the hotel was close to the adjacent building making it a bit claustrophobic. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Honestly couldn’t fault this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The bedroom was lovely and clean with a comfortable bed, and we had a balcony overlooking the lake which had an amazing view. The breakfast was great and the location was perfect! They also accommodated our 14 month old daughter with a beautifully made cot and were so friendly towards her. Would definitely stay here again!
