The automated checkin is missing any staff at reception. The hotel advertises late checkout but there is no one to arrange the late checkout with. It is missing a personal touch, and it would be nice to have some introduction, as the hotel has a little confusing layout.
The breakfast was also subpar in comparison to other hotels. However, still good value for the money.
On another hand, the hotel has a nice view of the sea and sunset.

Spacious room with very good window view. Connected to the train station and opposite the Rinku Town premium outlet. Lots of restaurants nearby. Free shuttle bus to the airport is the best feature.
