You can see Lion Rock from the lovely hotel pool. The staff were really friendly, especially the manager, Sanath, who drove us to Nuwara Eliya. The cheapest beer I had in 3 weeks in Sri Lanka and the only hotel that did not charge the annoying 10% 'service charge'. Would highly recommend.

Food served quickly… but we were the only guests. Supplied 2 bottles of water on 1st day but not on the 2nd day. We really enjoyed our stay at Lario. We were warmly greeted by the owners, Rita and Roshan, and the super friendly staff. They helped us book a tuk tuk for an early visit to Sigyria. Our room was big and nicely decorated. A/C worked well. And you can pay your stay by card! 100% recommended!
