Management made this short stay perfectly enjoyable, with easy-to-understand entry instructions, recommendations on everything and interesting stories about the building's history. The building itself is fascinating with many unexpected features - rooftop sundeck with jacuzzi - subterranean dining room for intimate gatherings. Breakfast was taken in a beautiful small courtyard adjacent to the kitchen. Breakfast was brought in fresh from a local bakery every day - the pastries were absolutely delicious - the coffee made to suit personal taste! The room was large and comprehensively equipped. The shower water flow was responsibly controlled but at a sensible rate. The bed was firm and comfortable - providing two excellent nights sleep. This jewel of a place is an ancient house sympathetically converted to a luxury hotel where guests are cared for with charm and empathy. Check in process was easy and reception staff very welcoming and helpful. The room was a good size. Good variety at breakfast. Luggage room was very secure with individual lockers for cases. Great location which was close to the Valetta ferry.
