the location is prime. it is right next to the main cathedral and plaza. it is very well located so finding restaurants and things to do is not hard at all. noise is an issue but the hotel has shutters so you can close the windows completely and have a dark and semi noise-free room. daily room cleaning which is great. they also provide bottled water daily which is a plus is mexico.

Very clean and cute but you need to ask for a trash can and I couldn’t get hot water during my stay. It might be because I was all the way at the top but otherwise cute place , central, and lovely staff

The hotel is nice and peaceful, the room is comfortable and clean, and the electric fireplace is a nice touch. There's a cute open air restaurant/bar onsite, but it closes too early. There is plenty of parking and the area is safe. The property is pet friendly, even in the restaurant, and the game room is a good addition for entertainment especially since the rooms have no TV. Staff is attentive and friendly.
