Great staff. Very helpful Can arrange for taxi through hotel or grab (about half the cost but may not always find one) Good location. 15-20 minute walk from the orangutans and sun bears. Five minute walk to rainforest discovery. No pool but can walk five minutes to another pool for use. We had planned on using it, but had plenty of other things to do Three meals offered daily Family friendly - we have children ages eight and 10. They had a great time. The hotel offered several activities outside of the ones listed above. These include night walks, firefly cruise, monkeys, etc. the larger room (two rooms) was great for a family

The location and the views over the jungle are incredible. Everywhere there is jungle, and it's truly beautiful. The staff were very accommodating when we asked to move rooms, and the vibe was very positive. Food was great (much better than at other accommodations, which we tried over several days). I recommend this amazing place 100%.
