Upon check in , none of my request the anniversary setup which I paid extra supposed to be surprise for my husband end up it wasn’t setup. They are blaming booking.com. The kids room toilet bedit busted when we get to the room after all day doing water activities, it was flooded. I raised the issue I said to FO that we can’t stay the room because it was all wet. Instead they send Hsk and maintenance to clean and fix. I said no you can’t fix a wet bed plus it attracts mosquitoes and bugs.
My husband was mad. They thinks it’s ok. Then the problem wasn’t fix. No communication. Then FO rang to remind the check out time is 12. I was fuming. Knowing they problem wasn’t fix and had the audacity to call to remind the check out time. Worst hotel ever. They end up moving us same room category lower floor. When we checked in I ask about breakfast and hotel amenities the staff don’t know the difference between alacarte and buffet 😓 knowing that Philippines is always famous in hospitality. I won’t recommend. New will never again. The only best thing there is the life guard that took out order in the pool.

The location was awesome, right on the beach at station 3. I really think the location couldn’t be beaten.

Stay here if you are in Boracay - an excellent value for money, lovely staff, very clean and the rooftop pool was a real treat! Excellent Wifi, great bar service on rooftop and so close to everything.

💰Economy - The property is a little bit on pricier side considering the property is quite old and small than it seemed in the photos.
📍Location - Located right in front of the beach and at Station 2. There are plenty of activities to choose from that are available right at the beach and majority of the restaurants and other beaches are within walkable distance. In case required, Tuk tuk can be requested and the property will be able to assist.
🛏Type of Room - We booked 2 Double rooms with King size bed. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.
🎛Technology - Each room had a big TV. WiFi, majority of the time, was working well.
🧹Cleanliness - Rooms and bathrooms were very clean.
🍳Breakfast - Breakfast was included with our booking, but there were very limited options for vegetarians. However, chef was able to prepare different vegetarian options everyday specially for us without any extra charge.
