The staff were helpful and very pleasant. We enjoyed having the dogs around and they were never a nuisance. We liked being right on a long sandy beach. The friendly atmosphere made meeting other vacationers easy and fun.

Best location on the island for viewing airplanes! Pool in perfect for all ages, clean and warm.
Great if you want quiet but also the availability for some action if you use the sister property across the street. Having the market so close is super convenient and reasonably priced. Stayed here 5 times and always have a great time! We stayed in a 3 bedroom penthouse and the cleaning staff was amazing!

EVERYTHING and EVERYONE..
We had reservations at Bakers Suites to begin with but they lost our reservation two weeks before our vacation so thankfully we were able to book a room last minute at the Commodore and what a blessing. The Commodore Suites is fabulous, the staff Amazing, a full grocery/liquor store right below us with a fabulous buffet every day, all day with fantastic food and great prices. Perfect location with a view of the ocean on one end and the mountains on the other end.
Did I mention the rooftop pool with a treadmill in it. So fun.
Honestly, I can’t say enough good about the Commodore.
