It's a fantastic place with excellent staff and is super clean. It was the best swimming pool I had seen in a while, and unfortunately, it was spoiled at check-out. We have luggage and call reception to help.
They said no! As only one personalizing before 10 am. Went downstairs to get the luggage trolley and did it myself. wish I left a bad test.
