Very Well situated. Close to attractions. Large comfortable clean rooms. Our Room was very quiet. Had a private “balcony “ which was a huge high walled courtyard. Could open doors for fresh air. Good air conditioner. Lots of cupboard space . Reception one young man very helpful.

Very large bazaar area. Tons of restaurants and famous local cuisine. The Rumi museum was great. Friendly people! Just wish I would have known the intimate "sufi brethren dance cellar culture". Would have loved to see authentic sufi dance culture in a intamete setting with turkish folk music. The big and formal sema-ritual-format is not at all as interesting...

The old parts of Konya are beautiful.
The old parts of Konya are beautiful. The new parts are interesting. This city feels very traditional and profoundly Turkish. Very little globalisation and not much English spoken here. It is very different from Istanbul or Ankara - it is slower and less frantic than its urban counterparts. Religion obviously plays a big part in this culture, but stick to the rules, show respect, and you are welcome everywhere. The mosques and the monuments are beautuful, but so too are the markets and bazaars. Prices are very reasonable, so good food and bargains are not hard to find.

Konya is a huge city, depending of what you are looking for, you have to chose you area wisely. There is plenty of country side and beautiful scenery, but a long drive from where we were if you are planning to find nightlife or entertainment it might be difficult. The area we were in, we visited some restaurants, food is good, but most of them you cannot consume alcohol. so if you plan to go out after a days work and have a drink you can forget it.

I went to Konya to attend Mevlana's death anniversary and enjoyed it a lot. Significant experience with the food, people, architecture, everything. It was a spiritual trip, so I greatly enjoyed the city.
It's easy to get around, and the bus/tram connection is excellent. You can buy a city card, top it up, and move around.
It had terrific world-best falafel and hummus opposite Shah Shames Tabreez's tomb—a must-visit place.
Great and affordable grill and other food options near Azizyea 🕌 mosque inside old streets of Konya.
I visited Sille, a beautiful historic village only 30 minutes by bus from Konya city center.

Konya gives you a high sense of spiritually most likely because of its connection with Mevlana Rumi and Shams Tabriz. It is not as crowded as Istanbul so it's more enjoyable. The mosque ans the tomb of the Seljuk Sultan Alaeddin Keykabut, located on a strategic hillock, has a beautiful garden and a very good to relax. Out of all the goid restaurants, Sufi Restaurant offers the best cuisine. We enjoyed Konya''s signature dish, the Firin Kebap and the dessert Hosmerism. They are a must to eat.
Rumi hotel was perfect for our accommodation choice in Konya. It was just a 3 minute walk to the Mevlana museum and main square. The staff was so accommodating and helped us with early check in after our flight was last minute changed by the airlines. Truly a great choice if you are planning to stay in Konya. The breakfast terrace was under construction but by our last day it was complete and looked amazing! Definitely a beautiful place to have your morning coffee with a view of the mosque and Mevlana museum. A must stay! Thank you Rumi Hotel
We loved our stay at THINK hotel. It’s in an excellent location in the heart of Konya, within sight of the Mevlana Museum. The hotel looks unobtrusive from the outside, but step inside and it is very stylish with comfortably appointed rooms, a downstairs cafe and a rooftop cafe. It was excellent value for the price we paid (including a generous breakfast), and we wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Highly recommended!
Good location of hotel with private parking was available which we needed as we drove to Turkey in two cars.
The rooms were nice and we had air conditions in each room which was definitely needed as it was around 30degC when we were there.
Quite a few shops and cafes are around. At the back, there is even a small park with a water fountain where a lot of people were in the evening. We got some grilled corn during nighttime.
First of all, consider that it's a 3 stars hotel so don't expect it like a 5 stars hotel. It was located near Molvana torbasi( the most important landmarks in Konya) just 7 minutes walking.
The staff were kind and supportive but they can't speak English well. Breakfast was simple but good. our room was clean and beds were comfortable. I recommend this hotel while you consider the prices.
It's a nice hotel with caring staff. As a pleasant surprise after my check in and being in my room for a few minutes 'a welcome fruit platter' was delivered to me which I found as a nice gesture from the hotel to their guests. The room was clean, free parking available either right in front of their hotel or at their designated parking lot behind the hotel.
That was my second stay here and if I ever go back to Konya - this hotel is my first choice. Breakfast was excellent, the room was nice and spacious, the beds - comfortable, the bathroom - good, the location is great and the place is just beautiful. It's also good value for money. Actually, I was looking forward to my stay there and it didn't disappoint.
We really like Hich Hotel, feels like home, very cozy and comfortable stay, and the design inside hotel is classic, not to mention the staffs and owner, extremely friendly and warm. Moreover, the breakfast and dinner we had in Hich is tasty and reminds us the food our grandma made! If we have chance to visit Konya again, will definitely choose Hich.
It's a very nice family run small hotel next to the museum and near several restaurants. The owners are very friendly and attentive and it was a pleasure staying there. We stopped in Konya overnight on the way from Alanya to Cappadocia and saw the whirling dervish show that night and went to several museums the next day.
The hotel is well known in Konya and popular for business trips. We were upgraded for free to a family suite, which was one of the biggest suites I have ever seen. Everything was very clean and the staff was very careful and supportive. The breakfast was excellent.
The location was withing walking distance of Rumi's tomb. This was the reason for our visit to Konya which made this part so exceptionally easy. The hotel stay was awesome too. Will definitely recommend this hotel to travelers.
Very nice hotel in the center of Konya. However I found it a bit expansive for what it is.
The room is very small but nice, the breakfast is perfect.
The decoration of the hotel is the nicest part
The helpful owner and the superb breakfast, probably the best I had in my whole trip in Turkey.
Location is excellent, quite close to all the most important things to see in Konya.
