I liked everything about it, compared to the one across the street from it, which is where I would normally stay. I will not give the name of the hotel but, unfortunately, after staying there 4 to 5 times, I refuse to go back. I kept giving the place a chance, but the last stay was the last straw.

Beautiful building with an excellent restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were placed in a room in the very back and we didn’t hear anyone, it was fantastic! Bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately I didn't stay long because there was some activity outside my door

What a great house this was! We appreciated the cleanliness, the hospitality, and the fact that it had everything we needed. The house is very close to a subway station with tons of parking. It was a great fit for our family.

The staff was knowledgeable and handled the very many football fans/guests really well. No one lost their cool and they were helpful. It would be if if the hotel maybe provided someone who knows more about transportation to the games on game weekends as the staff didn't seem to know too much which was fine as it's not their job. Would be a nice touch and free them up for saying they don't know.

Ms. Shanell was very professional and helped me with my reservation. The gentleman and ladies who prepared the morning breakfast were just great! The bed was so comfortable and being animal friendly was a plus as I had our dog with me.
It was so cold the weekend I stayed, but the property made us feel warm with working heat, great attitudes and comfort. All the staff were great!

Our stay was very nice.
Our stay was very nice. The agent at the front desk at check-in was very informative and professional. The room was very stylish and clean. My wife loved the lighted mirror! The location of the hotel is near many stores, restaurants, and my wife's favorite spot, Krispy Cream, which is within walking distance from the hotel.

We arrived 2 hrs early. I knew that the chances of checking in early was slim with the entire hotel booked but when I went and asked the lady at the front desk was not only very polite vut was as well very accomadating and after a few min was able to get us a room. Saved us from having to just hang out around the nearby shopping center to just wait.

The worst hotel I’ve every stayed at in the US. It was dirty. Two days there were no breakfast. Wifi wasn’t working in rooms. Only one elevator worked and it was slow and dirty. The staff were rude. A really terrible hotel.
Hotel shower leaked water everywhere, blood stain on ceiling, clientele staying at hotel made me feel unsafe. Police there my entire stay due to people that frequent the hotel. Didnt feel safe at all.
Well I stay there when ever I need a hotel because I feel very comfortable there, and breakfast is alright, I don’t really eat at that time but I always find something for later,
The hotel was ok for a few nights. There were enough options for breakfast, although the staff was a bit slow to replenish the food, especially in peak times.
The room was clean and large. This hotel was close to the FEDEX Field and a good restaurant that we ate at before the concert. Check-in was easy and fast.
