The breakfast was way too expensive. We wished we would have gone someplace else or to a hotel that offers free breakfast.
6.50 for a bagel. 5.00 for black coffee

All good. Seems fine-tuned for business travel clientele. Amazing breakfast, bar good, layout good, firepit, complementary bikes (which we used), tea in the evenings. Quick check-in and check-out for me. I am recommending this hotel to others traveling from my company. I can't wait to stay there again.

Tukwila is a great place to stay due to its location south of Seattle. If coming from the south, you exit before the long traffic jam entering Seattle and can time your trip to Seattle to avoid rush hour traffic. You can go south to Federal Way and Tacoma easily - or to our great Capital building in Olympia and unique downtown shops. It is also close to SeaTac airport. Staying the night in Tukwila is more peaceful than staying at a hotel on International Blvd in SeaTac and there is a great variety of restaurants.

Dont stay there if you are handicapped.
Dont stay there if you are handicapped. Bring a toilet plunger so you are able to flush your toilet. I hope that helps as it still got worn out plungering the toilet and gave up and used the one in the lobby. You might also be offended by one of the male restaurant staff with his pants down below his butt. I thought his belt was missing but he dressed that way. The town is nice with lots of businesses and trails and accommodating spaces to eat a picnic. But I would avoid this hotel and stay at another one in the city. None could be a s bad as this one.

It was an overall great stay they really want their guests to feel at home our shuttle driver was talkative and knowledgeable. The information required for shuttle for international travels should get ahead of time . . Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It was hard to talk to the Korean girls as it seemed like they had a hard time understanding the request for housekeeping . Housekeeping came while we were in the room and it was a little awkward . There are restaurants nearby if you miss breakfast i wished the hours were longer and had more variety. Wished items like tolet paper and towels were stocked so we didn't have to ask for them .

I have reviewed this property at least 4 times for the same stay and still I receive more requests for reviews. The room we were given was previously broken in too and the repairs to the door and safe not done I have sent pictures and reviews about this and have not heard any thing back from the property. This makes me think that they are not getting the reviews or they are just not reading them or they don’t care. I would not stay again at this property

We intended to stay here so we could go to the tourist spots in Seattle, it was a 30 minutes drive on Saturday with traffic and a light traffic with a 20 minutes drive to Seattle downtown.
It had free parking that seemed to be safe. The cool thing about it was having a lot of restaurant options near the place, we ended up eating at the Cheesecake Factory and having breakfast at iHOP (even though the hotel had complimentary breakfast which was good).

The room was absolutely filthy!!
The room was absolutely filthy!! the water in the kitchen was squirting out of the top of the faucet on to the side of the refrigerator. The wallpaper was coming off the wall in the kitchen. the furniture and even the lampshade were badly soiled. The lamp outside our window was broken and hanging off its post. The bathroom floor was moldy as was the drain overflow in the bathroom sink. The bed skirts were both torn. I sent the company over 30 pictures.
Check in Process was easy - staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The hotel was conveniently located for SEATAC airport and the hotel provided a friendly shuttle service to and from the airport. This was also the only hotel nearby to SEATAC that allowed the parking of our hired RV overnight prior to it's return.
The room was dirty. A lot of mosquitoes and I ask the housekeeping and they don’t have spray for the room.
The sofa bed is dirty they did not changed the sheets.
We stayed for 4 nights and we asked for new towels and they did not respond
The hotels is very expensive for $2252 plus $22 parking per day
Traveling with our (older, less mobile) mother, this was a good option for us so we could be near her in the night.
Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated each of us having our own bathroom.
We were pleased to have a kitchen & comfortable couch.
Nothing. Absolutely goddamn not a single thing. Every aspect of my stay at this hell-hole was terrible. No-one should go there, it should be blacklisted and lose its hotel licence. This is a terrible, terrible hotel.
The location of this hotel was perfect for our stay. All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The price was great and should we ever venture to the Pacific Northwest again, we will return to this location.
I booked a reservation at a nearby Days Inn and told me they were sold out.
I got in past midnight so I had to find another hotel and paid much more.
Unsatisfactory, the front desk was not accommodating at all.
Breakfast was available in the morning included with the room fee. Nice sitting area. Sink separate from the toilet/bath. Big mini fridge. Air conditioning was the main reason why we went to stay in a hotel.
The price is cheap which is a good thing and the room was clean. The staff was also super helpful when I was having issues getting my keycard to work in the door.
