The service in the restaurant and bar area is beyond outstanding. This level of knowledge and service in hospitality is practically lost everywhere in the world. Not here at this hotel! Congratulations for maintaining your high standards. It is necessary for our future and the next generations to come. The rooms are immaculate. The towels are of excellent thick high quality cotton. The bed is truly comfortable and maintain to the highest standards. The shower is very nice. All working in perfect conditions. We had dinner and the knowledgeable chefs and their recipe preparations shined in every bite and we highly perceived it by the extraordinary delicious food that gets to your heart. Excellent!

The location was amazing! Close to everything, but not in the middle of all the craziness of Puerta del Sol. It's in a busy street but once you are in the apartment you don't hear anything. Also, the apartment was as in the pictures, and very comfortable, we were 3 friends and had a lot of space. It had everything we needed :)
