This appartment is part of an elderly people residence. All is brand new and of exceptional build quality. The reception was very friendly and gave us plenty of advice. Upon request she even organized a toaster for us. The appartment is spacious and made for wheel chair guests. It was very clean and super quiet. There's free parking although during the day the parking spaces are well used by visitors and staff.

It is beautifully designed and finished to a standard you almost never see in a rental property. The location is terrific, right by the water and the old town, but still quiet and peaceful. Don't worry about the rather shabby communal staircase when you arrive or the three floors to climb up, the property is more than worth the climb. Secure parking just 50 metres away, (you have to pay, but not excessive and the car will be safe). A gem.
