Nothing was too much trouble and their attempts to ensure all our meals suited our western tastes were much appreciated. A major highlight was the abundance of bird life which has undoubtedly put the Batim area high up on our Indian holiday return visit list. Very highly recommended.

Our hostess Maria could not have been more helpful, she attended to our every need including doing our laundry and organising transport. However, the location may not suit all, it is very quiet and a taxi is needed to go anywhere. The villa was spacious and it was delightful sitting in the porch reading.
