Our hostess, Katia, is great about communicating answers to any of my questions! She's wonderful. The building is very authentic and keeping with the era it comes from. Bed was super comfortable (something I rarely say about Italian places) and food and wine great. We also opted for a couples massage, which was great! Close walk to the town, and the views were fantastic.

Great location between Umbria and Tuscany! the owner is very nice and helpful. the property is tidy clean. a lot of common areas you can seat and get some fresh air, a lot of things to do with the kids and a big, clean pool. the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. the apartment was big and comfortable with a fabulous traditional decoration and a very good Wi-Fi. Excellent value for money. Loved this place!

The house and grounds were spectacular. Amazing views as far as the eye could see. Very private location but easy drive to numerous historic locations. Plenty of living areas, bathrooms and very well stocked kitchen. Host was incredible, he met us on the first day to show us around. Host maintained contact with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Grounds and pool were maintained everyday. We loved staying here and would definitely book again
