The villa is on the top of a hill with fabulous views of the countrysides all around. The family-run villa is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful historic furniture in great condition. Our room was large, spotless, had a very comfortable bed, two large windows and a good-sized en-suite bathroom. There was a fridge/freezer with an honour bar, ice cream, etc. which was a great touch. It was raining so we didn’t get to use the bikes to tour around but I can see the countryside would be great for that.

Location is brilliant, it's a bit of a walk into Lucca - especially if it is hot, but it's quiet, peaceful and great for parking. There's also a small supermarket nearby and a couple of bars and eateries. Giovanna is a great host, really easy to get hold of and looks after you if you need it - for the deposit, make sure you have cash! I completely forgot about this.

Great location. By car, the property is very close to downtown Lucca and the motorway. The house and the garden have a great, relaxed vibe to them. Comfort and cleanness are spot on. Our family (dog included) spent a wonderful week there. Thank you, Luciano!

Casale di Nanni remains my favorite place to stay around Lucca. I've been coming here for 7 years, and always with satisfaction. It's a lovely little place and it's ways a pleasure to be here. The staff is nice, the atmosphere is great & the backyard and pool are great for a day of relaxation.
