Mariella was very nice and helpful! She shared with us a file with a lot of tips and cities to visit during our stay. The room and bathroom were big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and served outside as we asked for, we had some pastries, savoury options, juice coffee and water. The parking is inside the property.

beautiful grounds , perfectly maintained , great breakfast amazing service . had a hot water issue for 3 days .. owner did all in his power to get it done quickly , it ended up being a bigger issue than anticipated .. They provided us another room facility to be able to shower and discounted the room for those days . so , they handled the situation very respectfully .

A lovely cool house with great outdoor kitchen (a second kitchen inside). Lots of outdoor space. Very quiet - rural location a couple of kilometres from Polignano a Mare.

The room, hotel, and surroundings were incredible but what we will be talking about for years is the service. Not sure if I can say names on here but the very personable lady who checked us in (the one that had formerly worked at Disney) was so incredibly helpful, giving us a tour of the whole property upon our arrival which is quite large and giving us many recommendations for our few days in Puglia. The head of the bar program (the one who had previously worked in London) was so passionate about his craft, making very unique cocktail made almost exclusively with ingredients of Puglia or even the property. Some of the best cocktails we have had and great company too. This hotel is first rate and the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in, it doesn't get any better! We were quite sad to leave and say goodbye to the staff, thanks again for the great experience.

The property is based right near the highway, which made it really easy to get around to the local cities we wanted to visit on our four day trip. It’s also only a 25 minute walk into the main city which was perfect.

This place is so beautiful and peaceful. It was the perfect ending to our 10 day trip. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The owners are amazing and very accommodating. The room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious!

Is there a place in Polignano a mare where you can sleep in perfect silence and wake up with chirping birds? Masseria San Martino is embedded in the countryside, 15 minutes drive from Lama monachile. The few rooms are cool and nicely furnished. The chilometro zero breakfast is gorgeous. You can swim in the private pool first thing in the morning or any time during your stay. Tiziana is a very charming landlady and gave us perfect advices on where to go or have dinner. We will get back.

We had a positive experience. The staff was very friendly and professional, in the room we found everything we needed and even more (hygiene kits, …). The breakfast was a real experience, it added value to our stay.
