The apartment exceeded my expectations. Particularly the size of the apartment for 3 people and the fact we had 2 full washrooms. The staff was extremely friendly and so nice, the location with the scenic view of san gimignano was better than I imagined or saw in the pictures. I had no disappointments with this apartment.

location is very central in Tuscany, close to most villages. Very clean apartment! host is very friendly and welcoming. my second stay at Podere Le Grotte and looking forward to return again

Very nice and quiet place, awesome landscape with a view of San Gimignano towers. Davide and Analisa are very nice people, always helpful and the breakfast was great. The cottage is clean, lovingly furnished with touch of simple small details. We loved to sit and relax at the table in front of the house or had evening hot tub. Nothing to say more, it was just great!

Ens ha agradat tot. La casa és preciosa i té totes les comoditats. Als apartaments trobes uns mínims de totes les coses bàsiques (sal, sucre, cafè, sabó rentaplats, espècies per cuinar, etc.). Encara que a l'apartament no hi ha rentadora, hi ha una habitació habilitada com a bugaderia. A banda de la roba de llit i bany, també hi ha tovalloles per la piscina. El Mauro i la Dona són uns amfitrions super amables. El primer dia el Mauro ens va explicar com funcionava tot, i ens va fer moltes recomanacions de coses per fer, indicacions de llocs, com era millor arribar-hi, etc. Dóna gust parlar amb ells perquè a banda de les indicacions típiques també t'expliquen moltes coses d'història de la zona. Les vistes des de l'apartament i jardí són espectaculars. També recomanem caminar pels voltants de la casa, on t'endinses en camps d'oliveres i de vinya. Ens van deixar bicicletes per donar un tomb per la zona.

The place is truly one of a kind! We were hosted by a lovely staff all of them were quite hospitable, supportive and very helpful. Had a great time by the poolside and enjoyed very tasty home cooked dinner menu at night. Room was very comfortable with plenty of space. Special thanks to Alicia and the other lovely staff and hope to see you again!

The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. The food is very good and the breakfast was great! You can’t beat the view! The weather didn’t cooperate so we didn’t use the pool but it looked beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!
