The apartment exceeded my expectations. Particularly the size of the apartment for 3 people and the fact we had 2 full washrooms. The staff was extremely friendly and so nice, the location with the scenic view of san gimignano was better than I imagined or saw in the pictures. I had no disappointments with this apartment.

Very nice and quiet place, awesome landscape with a view of San Gimignano towers. Davide and Analisa are very nice people, always helpful and the breakfast was great. The cottage is clean, lovingly furnished with touch of simple small details. We loved to sit and relax at the table in front of the house or had evening hot tub. Nothing to say more, it was just great!

The place is truly one of a kind! We were hosted by a lovely staff all of them were quite hospitable, supportive and very helpful. Had a great time by the poolside and enjoyed very tasty home cooked dinner menu at night. Room was very comfortable with plenty of space. Special thanks to Alicia and the other lovely staff and hope to see you again!

The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. The food is very good and the breakfast was great! You can’t beat the view! The weather didn’t cooperate so we didn’t use the pool but it looked beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!
