We liked the high standard of renovation and decoration of this traditional village house. The decor could be described as "rustic chic" . Everything you might need to self cater was there, an induction hob, a microwave ,a fridgefreezer but no oven. It is well situated for touring the beautiful eastern Asturias coast with its many dramatic beaches., the Picos mountains and the Sueve mountains. The area deserves to be better known by the British; it is popular with Spanish families. It does rain occasionally but on the whole is pleasantly warm, rather than unpleasantly hot. There was a seating and dining area on a patio and the surrounding scenery was lovely, mountains , woods and lots of flowers. Very unspoiled.

Clean, quiet, upscale property great for Camino travelers who do not want the Albergue experience after a difficult stage. A gracious, hardworking host will attend you. The location is wonderful, with very nice views. Oviedo is just 7 min away by car and is easily reachable, even for just an evening walk in the city. The owner was very kind and available, he advised us where to park in Oviedo and gave us restaurant recomendations. The bed was very comfortable. And the breakfast was delicious (there are many choices to choose from). I recommend this place and would definitely come back.
