This is a beautiful homestay run by Asela and his wife who cooks delicious breakfast for their guests. They provided us everything possible to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their rooms are very big. Weather was cold and it was so nice of them to give us hot drinking water , lit up the fire place at night. They gave us a packed breakfast for our Horton Plains Tour. To get a colonial feel you must stay in this property located just opposite to Race course. They also gave us wide varieties of food items in dinner which was made up of their own grown plants. Completely organic. With their deep knowledge about tea , they helped us buying the best tea in Nuwara Eliya . They gave us a big breakfast spread which had both Sri Lankan and Western food items. They gave us pick and drop for the railway station too. They arranged Nuwara Eliya sightseeing tour for us. They have all the amenities and facilities needed for a wonderful stay.

The rooms were clean, beds were extremely comfortable, food was great and beatiful bathroom so far our favorite place we stated in Sri Lanka. People who run this place were always making sure everyone was comfortable, had what needed and were happy. Loved our three nights stay here and would definitely return. We got tea and cookies on arrival which was very kind. Thank you ! Highly recommend it!

It was amazing, the the guy who welcomed us was really nice and he did his best. Room and bathroom was perfect, it had also nice garden. Definitely I can recommend it.

Everything was beautiful, comfortable and quiet, the house in the middle of tea plantations, almost like a movie. And Siri the administrator was so helpful and servicial, always willing to help with a smile, he prepared some bananas for us for our hiking to Siri Pada, very nice of him. I would back without doubt.

Food was awesome. Mr Johnson was very helpful and accomodative to all our request. They even made a sweet balloon decorations and prepared a cake for my parents anniversary.. We were all truly touched. The house was very clean, comfortable beds & clean linens & towels being replaced everyday. It was more like a home away from home.

Localizado em Ohiya, rodeado por montanhas na Cordilheira Horton Plains, o Hill Safari - Tea Estate Villa serve principalmente cozinha do Sri Lanka. One of our holiday highlights. We stayed in the upper apartment “Silver Tips” which was very modern and clean. And the view was amazing, even from the shower! Super friendly staff and amazing food: For dinner we got tasty rice and curry and for breakfast delicious egg-hoppers while overviewing the tea fields and mountaintops around. This accommodation is very close on the Pekoe Trail that we walked, we stayed only one night but we would have loved to stay longer… The area offers a lot of great hikes and magical tranquility far from touristy zones. They serve their own tea from the plantation which has organic quality, all grown naturally.
