Our unit was on 2 floors - all spotless. Far more space than we needed. Wonderful gardens with a large pool. Parking right outside our apartment. The property is secure with gated access. Gorgeous views all round. A really lovely place. Highly recommend We ate at a super local restaurant called “Ponto de Encontro”. 3 courses for 2 people plus drinks and all for €37. A great stopover and only sorry it was just for one night

Lago Azul Villas státar af fjallaútsýni og býður upp á gistirými með svölum, í um 24 km fjarlægð frá Capela de Nossa Senhora da Conceicao. Jaime is a wonderful host and welcomed us upon arrival. He recommended a good restaurant 10 minutes away and was available if we had any concerns which we did not. Probably most fun during the summer season. View was spectacular. We had a lovely outdoor seating area and a very spacious room.

TheVagar Countryhouse er nýlega enduruppgerð sveitagisting sem staðsett er í Belmonte, 42 km frá Parque Natural Serra da Estrela og býður upp á sjóndeildarhringssundlaug og sundlaugarútsýni. Marta and her team were such great hosts. They were patient, gracious, attentive and very generous. They helped us with our rental car issues and followed through (even after checking out) just to make sure we were alright and had reached our destination safely. We are so thankful for their generosity and kindness. The property was also gorgeous to say the least. Every detail was meticulously yet subtlely well thought out. We had the most comfortable stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The view from our room was to die for. Needless to say, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Once again, kudos and obrigada to Marta and team.

Casa Moiano er sveitagisting í sögulegri byggingu á Oliveira do-sjúkrahúsinu, 47 km frá Parque Natural Serra da Estrela. Hún státar af garði og garðútsýni. Located in perfect place. The house is well decorated with all the facilities you need. Hugo and his mother are very welcoming and the breakfast Hugo’s mom made was excellent especially the homemade cake.

Quinta Chão da Bispa er staðsett í Oliveira do Hospital og býður upp á gistirými með loftkælingu og verönd. Gististaðurinn er með innri húsgarð og útsýni yfir hljóðláta götu. It was awesome and perfect i could not have imagined anything more good. Privacy, cleanliness, huge space, its very beautiful, everything was outstanding and the most amazing host. The host was so humble polite and cooperative. I will highly recommend this place and will surely visit again.

Quiet place to energize yourself with an amazing view, reading a good book next to the fireplace. Clean, cozy, and excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Sambuc'asa - Serra da Estrela er staðsett í Sabugueiro, 20 km frá Parque Natural Serra da Estrela og 44 km frá Mangualde Live-ströndinni, og býður upp á sameiginlega setustofu og fjallaútsýni. A true Portuguese village experience- our host was outstanding and gave us a walking tour of the village.

Solar da Castanha - Forest House er staðsett í Manteigas, 21 km frá Parque Natural Serra da Estrela og 4,5 km frá Manteigas-hverunum. Boðið er upp á garð- og garðútsýni. The location was absolutely beautiful. A perfect base to explore the mountains and walk the marked hiking trails in the area. The host, Pedro, was very communicative prior to check in and when we arrived he spent a lot of time explaining where we could go/ what we could do. His parents who were hosting throughout our stay were so lovely and couldn’t do any more for us. They made the experience extremely relaxing and memorable. Particularly loved the view for breakfast, the hammock in the evening and the friendly cat :) I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to relax, unwind, and do some hiking.

Quinta Lusitânia í Santa Comba Dão býður upp á gistirými með sundlaugarútsýni, útisundlaug, garði, sameiginlegri setustofu, verönd og bar. Sveitagistingin er með WiFi og einkabílastæði án endurgjalds.... Everything! The atmosphere was so welcoming and warm❤️Loved the place, the horses were amazing and really well taken care for. The room was gorgeous, we slept so good and the breakfast was freshl and delicious. Can't wait for our next time at Quinta Lusitânia and spend a longer time there 😍
