I can’t say enough about the amazing view from the large balcony and windows!!
The apartment was clean and well outfitted. The shower was great and the beds (too) firm.
Only a 15 minute walk down the hill to the lake, train station, shops, restaurants, grocery. (But remember you have to walk back UP again—at least partly even if you take the #5 bus)
If you’re going to bring your dog, please note that there is very little green space nearby.
Owners live downstairs and he is very kind/friendly.

The location was superb. The breakfast was excellent and so was the onsite restaurant. The beds were ok. The room was very clean and the staff were lovely. I would highly recommend.

The location is just in front of the Lugano station. It was in easy reach for me. The room was very spacious and clean and had the perfect view of the mountain. The staffs were very friendly and helpful and provided all information about Ticino.
