We arrived early, but the property manager came to meet us and let us in. The apartment was very spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchen and living room. It was on a small street just a hundred meters or so from a big intersection that seems to be the center of town. The cathedral and a museum were in short walking distance, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

I chose to stay for 4 days and taxi back and forth to my starting /stopping points on the Camino was the most relaxing days on the camino as I would come back and the place was spotless everyday. The best part was the pool to soak my feet every evening after walking. The staff are working hard to speak English so patience and a translating app work’s excellent. if i ever come to Melide again i would stay here.
