After a drink in a handy bar, we dined at the Hotel Marie Stuart opposite which was an interesting experience amongst tartan décor. Everything we wanted was on the doorstep, so we didn't go far from the hotel.

Good road layout , easy to find town centre and hotel . Delightful central square with well planned pedestrian surrounding area with delightful flower beds. The town has steadily improved over the years we have been visiting which suggests a well organised town council resulting in an increasingly prosperous environment which is always good to see

Bar/restaurant area was particularly impressive. Parking is in multi-storey next door, we arrived around 1pm and left at 8:30 a.m., cost €9/10 so reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The staff is always offering help for anything. They are very professionnal. The furniture is really up to date and vintage in the restaurant, the amenities are equal to the Kyriad standards
