Exceptional place to stay. We had a warm welcome, really great helpful staff. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. We has such a fantastic time, and wonderful comfortable bed, very relaxing. Everything was high quality including our breakfast ( lovely bright breakfast room with super views). Easily one of the best (actually, probably the best!) Place we ever stayed. Highly recommended, many thanks

We have visited Inverness three times now, but this was our first stay in Nairn. The beach is very welcoming with plenty of space to walk, run, play and enjoy the views; this is the kind of beach I would visit and walk along every day if I lived there. Located close nearby are various historical places to visit (Cawdor Castle, Culloden, Clava Cairns) and Inverness is not far away. Not being much of a "city person" I love to wake up to views and fresh air -- and Nairn offers places like the Invernairne Hotel that enable you to do that and still visit so much nearby.

Lovely seaside town near Loch Ness.
Lovely seaside town near Loch Ness. The beach was lovely to stroll along, as was the canal. Lots of restaurants dotted around town. An amazing ice cream shop located in park near the beach is worth seeking out. The architecture of some areas was stunning old Edwardian homes, really enjoyed wandering around the streets looking at them.

Charming town. I recommend visiting the Nairn Museum first.
Charming town. I recommend visiting the Nairn Museum first. Their volunteers are helpful and have first hand knowledge of the history of the town. I recommend having a car to travel to sites around Nairn that are too far to walk.

Nairn is a very nice town except for the High St which like most in Scotland is suffering at present. However nice to remember the old shops closed now Mackays grocer, Rose Brothers, Gauls toy shop Heards Morgantis to name a few, Nice to see Pat Fraser is still there. Recommend the Classroom at the top of the High Street to eat. Very easy to walk around and nice walks at the river.
The apartment is nice and clean with 5 bedrooms. Most of the beds were comfortable. The living room is comfortable for 6 people with a large television.
It was a little confusing to find the apartment because the outside door was recently painted a different color than expected and the lockbox is up the stairs but the staff was very helpful when I reached out for help.
Nairn near the beach is quite pretty. If looking for highland cows, they are near the Muthu Hotel, not far from the apartment.
Sunny Brae is a charming and relaxing place to stay! I can’t say enough good things about the owners and staff; they were extremely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and walking the beach relaxing. Comfy beds and clean rooms with attention to detail. Walking distance to restaurants and the shops in town. Would highly recommend staying at Sunny Brae on your visit to Nairn. Will remember our visit fondly.
Sunnybrae is an excellent and exceptionally well managed small hotel in a sea front location in Nairn. This was a return visit for us, having really enjoyed our first visit in 2020. Nairn is a perfect location as a base for a holiday on the Moray Firth coast. We had a lovely sea facing room with excellent facilities and excellent breakfasts. Racheal and John are perfect hosts and made us feel valued as return customers as they did on our first visit in 2020.
The apartment was extremely well equipped and presented and was very spacious and clean. The welcome box and prosecco was very much appreciated as was the milk in the fridge after a 5 hour car journey. Calum was extremely helpful and approachable and we would have no hesitation in going back again. As a family who regularly travel to Nairn we just hope we can get in there again as it is obviously very popular!
Beautiful house on a quiet street within walking distance to town center and restaurants. Arthur is a very welcoming host who cooks great breakfasts. We were also treated with the most awesome shortbread made with his mother's recipe, and fresh flowers in the room. We are so glad we chose to stay here and in Nairn.
The flat is very comfortable and is in a wonderful location. We went to nearby Inverness by car.I could do laundry and make meals for my kids which is quite helpful when traveling. My children enjoyed the comforts of home and watching DVDs. The hosts do think of the needs of travellers and that's refreshing.
Lovely hotel in a great location with beach access.
Comfortable room, great breakfast in lovely breakfast room with sea views ....
Nice bar to relax
Easy access to main facilities of Nairn on foot or by car.... really lovely time shame the weather wasn’t dry as we didn’t sit in gardens ....
will return
Lovely hotel, arrived to be told our standard double room had been upgraded 😀. Everything from location, staff friendliness, room comfort was excellent. At this time of year it was top notch hotel at Premier Inn price.
Love a tartan carpet, a bed the size of a small country and a view of Highland coo's.
The setting is fantastic and a short distance from Fort George, Nairn (a great little town for walking), other sites. The afternoon TEA was great, but be careful as you're signing up for the full tea, not the choices as per the brochure. But it was worth it if you show up hungry and don't want dinner.
The People. Paul, Charlotte, Mary, and the entire team at Bandstand were terrific. They made us feel at home whether it was in the restaurant, bar, or with our lodging. My buddy and I a great time in Nairn as a whole, but The Bandstand was a highlight of the entire week spent in Scotland.
The Invernairne is a lovely building with comfortable bedrooms, huge bathrooms, a warm and welcoming lounge/pub room, a sunny breakfast room with delicious breakfast selections, beautiful gardens in the backyard, fantastic sea views and most importantly friendly and professional staff.
Very friendly welcome. A lovely spacious room. Pleasant view, peaceful and central to beaches, harbour and town.
The room was of a higher standard than we had at an expense hotel, only a few days earlier. It really is a lovely place to stay.
Sharon & Greg responded immediately to every question i had.
They had everything covered - bottled water in the fridge, first aid kit, chocolate and cookies and candy upon checking in.
