The location is beautiful and really close to the subway. The staff was so nice in every way possible, they always helped when we needed them, they were really nice. We ate at the hotel restaurant and it was really good, Recommend it 100%. Will surely come back!Romano - 4.0Scored 4.0
Staff was cold and ineffective.
Staff was cold and ineffective. Waited 35 minutes at the bar for water as none was made available with the room, and locals kept cutting in front of us so we gave up and risked drinking tap water. One towel was given for the two of us. Room service was pushing us out 30 minutes before checkout. Breakfast was very nice for 20-euro.

Assago is a featureless suburb of Milan, with only modern plaza-type buildings. Do not go here looking for history or beauty. It is functional, has many shops and (American-style)restaurants. I found it soul destroying; I only stopped here because it was convenient for my long car journey.

I actually didn't see much of Assago as I had come for an exposition. The nearby area of H2C ist just shopping mall, cinema and food stores... and a lot under construction. So maybe in a few month and especially in summer it might look more beautiful. Walking space is actually less, as most of the area seemed to be only parking space...

Restaurants and fast food places on your door step, the metro is a bout a 5 minute walk , if that and if you are looking to stay for a concert , it's ideal and within walking distance (approximately 15 minute walk) . Another thing, we arrived at 12 o clock and were checked in early which we were SUPER grateful this. Thank you to the hotel for this and for the wonderful stay !CindySouth Africa

The receptionist that checked us in was super nice and helped us get a room a bit earlier, since we were super tired from the drive to Milano. The hotel room was great and spacious, same with the bathroom. Breakfast was also great, there was lots of choice of food, coffee, orange juice,... Overall it was an excellent stay, loved the fact that we were so close to Mediolanum Forum for the concert!

It is also good to stay if you want to go in the city center as there is the metro stop 5 min walking distance. The house is really nice and modern with all comforts you need. You really feel at home! The host is really friendly and always keen to help in any request. I would definitely stay again in the future.
