The apartment is very new and stylish. Everything looks like it was purchased yesterday. There is enough space and it is filled with natural light. The windows face an internal yard which reduces the street noise substantially. The bed is comfortable. The owner met me at the entrance, which was easy to find on the map. He even left a couple of cakes for breakfast. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is fully equipped and fully functional. There is a big fridge, a stovetop, an oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. Plenty of plates, utensils, and silverware. The washing machine also looks new. There are bus stops within 2-7 minute walk from the apartment, which connect to the M3 and M1 metro lines, both of which go right downtown. Parking-wise, I was able to find a spot in the parking area on via Enrico Mattei, which is not shown on Google Maps. Right now there are construction works going on in front of the building, but they did not disturb me at all. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Milano.
