Good location, free parking and very good restaurant is near by - ideal if you arrive in late hours, near Lombard castle but it was closed due to reconstruction. Feels modern and comfy. Building door and shower are little smaller. Clean sheets, clean room, cereals for breakfast (in our case) + some sweets.

Enna was a quaint old town, in fact one of the oldest towns in the central area of Sicily. It is well served with roads, safe walkways and plenty of restaurants, bars and eating places...maybe its the time we visited in May but it lacked the outdoor tables and chairs and open air dining we all love. Having said all that its imposing Castello and Churches offer a snippet of life in days gone by, a truly authentic Sicilian experience for us which is what we like. Sitting in one of its main squares looking out at a centuries old theatre was a joy while sipping our Cappuccino and savoring their Croissants with cream :) The people are nice and helpful too even if you don't speak Italian.

Enna is a substantial hilltop town with an exceptionally interesting history. It is readily accessible from the A19 and makes a good place to stay in central Sicily. There are marvelous views of the surrounding countryside and of other hilltop towns nearby.

Enna is extremely historic, with much to offer to the visitor - cathedral & churches with their art & architecture, historic castle and Frederic II tower. There is a beautiful Belvedere offering views across Sicily too.

Fabulous - in the middle of Sicily in the mountains - an entirely different experience, much more authentic, not overridden with tourists and with friendly locals. You can see all the main highlights in a day, but would recommend longer just to wander, enjoy the views and have some downtime. Use the buses to get from Enna Bassa to Enna Alta.

Enna is one of the highest cities in Sicily.
Enna is one of the highest cities in Sicily.
There are stunning panoramic views of the surroundings from the old city.
The town has many attractions, ancient streets, the atmosphere of the old city.
Castello di Lombardy, Duomo, Chiesa di San Francesco D’Assisi, Torre di Federico II
It is best to come to Enna in spring or autumn, it is very hot in summer.
Half an hour drive, the unique ancient Roman mosaics in Villa Romana del Casale, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
We were there with our friends, another couple. There were two double rooms, a kitchen/ dining, and a bathroom. Both rooms were spacious. It was good to have a table in the kitchen/dining where four of us sat, enjoyed chatting and making plans, while sipping wine.
Enna is a very good place to stay to visit Villa Romana del Casale in Piazza Armelina. From the flat, it's a close walk to The Rock of Ceres, from where you could see a wonderful panorama of the middle part of Sicily.
We extended our stay here because we wanted an extra couple of days to walk around Enna. While not on the regular tourist track, there’s a lovely Cathedral, castle ruins and “the rock” to discover. We liked having a grocery downstairs and the kitchen met our needs well. Pietro went above and beyond to make our stay here such a nice one, providing shuttle service to and from the train station. And there was a free bottle of wine to welcome us. THANK YOU.
Excellent hosts - friendly, accomodating, helpful. Very comfortable beds in lovely large rooms, excellent breakfast with lovely selection of cakes, croissants, home-made jam and eggs. They had a problem with our rooms so needed to move us to a different b&b they own. However, they handled the disruption well and went above and beyond to ensure it did not affect us. They even gave our kids ice-creams! The perfect end to our holiday in sicily. Thank you!
We booked the Casa della Poeta for a night during our roadtrip around Sicily. Located roughly between Agrigent, the visit before of Villa Casale Romana and for the next day the Etna. That was perfect for us.
I would HIGHLY recommend to follow their dinner suggestion of Masseria Bannata! It was a great evening.
Breakfast was very good also, small but fine!
The people of both places are extraordinary nice, friendly and helpful.
Overall great stay.
Wonderful, unique stone house with typical architecture for the region. You can really feel Sicily’s spirit. This is actually what we came for 😊. I was impressed by the huge garden and terrasse outside with unforgettable views at sunset and some sweet animals around– a dog, cats and the lovely donkey.
The owner is very kind, helpful and capable to take care of this beautiful place
The room was more like a 5 star hotel than a b&b beautifully designed & spotlessly clean, amazing bathroom & white linen. Great location, free parking outside, walking distance to everything in Enna. Best of all was the friendlyness and helpfulness of the hosts Patrizia & Giuseppe
Yummy generous breakfast too. Would love to stay longer
Place has all the details you can imagine, everything is new. The view is best in Sicily. If you make own dinner, you would enjoy the most out of any restaurant because of the view. Amazing hosts. It was really over our expectations. Too good for the price you pay. Just amazing!
Sicily Rooms Enna was renovated five years ago and the room was typical hostel room with Ikea bed and other stuff aswell. Old gentleman welcomed us and was very social and helpful. Property is easy to reach by car and parking is possible on the street in the front of hostel.
Location was great though a bit difficult to find initially. Close to all of Enna's attractions and some good restaurants, great place to explore. Breakfast was good. Our host was pleasant and informative, speaks good English. Very modern inside, lots of stairs!
Fabrizio is a great, generous host. The room was spacious and very well organized, the shower is certainly the most exciting one in Sicily. The entire building was very tastfully renovated and stands out in the Enna environment. Breakfast was very good, too.
Domus Enna was a very nice B&B in a great part of town and the room was both large and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and the hosts very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
A short car drive to the sites in Enna but nicely tucked away from the busy city. Quite location with a beautiful view day or night. Giuseppe was extremely helpful with anything we needed.
everything! plus the hostess is so kind and helpful. she picked us up from Enna Bassa when we arrived, and helped us throughout our journey. really a very pleasant stay.
The stuff was excellent. I was provided with detailed explanations on sites in Enna and upgraded to a better room. The room was clean and location is central.
