Check in was easy. I liked that there was a lock box and the pictures to describe where to park and how to get in. Free parking was a bonus. Outstanding views, especially up on the second level. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have a market so close. Very light and bright and clean. Much quieter side of the lake despite the road. Good walking paths in both directions.

The staff members helped facilitate a lost bag transfer. They delivered our bag to our room once it arrived. Bravo! Breakfast was good, nice selection

Beautiful little room with fantastic lake views. Comfortable beds, little balcony for two people to sit and drink vine. Downstairs restaurant with delicious food, breakfast is simple but good. Lots of restaurants around to enjoy foods and drinks. Galeteria in 1min walk. Villa Balbianello in 20 min slow walking distance. There is no parking space right next to hotel, but is possible to stop by the main hotel door and unload luggage. Free parking space is in 3 min walk (about 200 meters).
Villa Edy is set in a quiet spot of Tremezzo, less than 5 minutes' walk from the western shores of Lake Como. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, and a panoramic porch where breakfast is served.

GORGEOUS GORGEOUS! This is the epitome of Lake Como. Their grounds are on a botanical garden with wonderful photo opportunities. The room was large with a great view of the lake. They gave us a thank you package upon checkout and booked the shuttle to the train station for us.
Facing the beachfront, MUSA Lago di Como offers 5-star accommodations in Sala Comacina and features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness center and garden.

The level of details about the room, the extreme care of the staff, the food quality m, the hospitality the showed and the feeling that you get that you are the most important thing to them!
Beautiful little town on the Lake Como. Not much to do in the town itself but it’s very well connect to other towns like Bellagio, Menaggio and others.
Quiet, away from tourists, perfect get away and the buzz of other towns is just a quick ferry journey away

Location was just perfect.
Location was just perfect. Very nice pool and cocktail area on the terrace.
Room was nice with a view of the lake. Shower was slightly damaged not good. Breakfast was awful and dinner was very below average. I would recommended eating outside in some very nice restaurants nearby.

Great location away from the tourist crowds.
Great location away from the tourist crowds. We hiked up to the San Martino chapel on advice from proprietors and we’re so glad we did. Stunning views. Corner grocery store had everything we needed.

Poor value for money.
Poor value for money. The hotel benefits from the stunning location it finds itself in, but the service, excluding reception and parkers, should have been at the level required for a Grand Hotel (size of room, junior staff preparation, food)

The trip was incredible, but I wouldn’t recommend going during the off-season (Nov-Mar). There were almost no restaurants open, and their websites don’t update to show which are open and which are closed. So…lots of figuring things out at the last minute when the first 3-4 restaurants we wanted to try in a given town are actually closed.

The location was great. 300 m walk to the cadenabbia ferry service that operated to Bellagio every 20 mins till very late at night that only takes 10 mins and also can take a bus to villa del balbianelo
U have a few restaurants around the hotel that u walk by when u walk to the ferry. It also had a nice garden pool. The breakfast had variety , but the same breakfast items everyday. Good hot water. I recommend this hotel
The apartment was well decorated, charming and very clean. Lara was very responsive and helpful to us. We liked her very much. The view from all the rooms was great and we enjoyed the balconies. Lara sent me a lot of helpful information and tips before we arrived which helped us plan our visit to Como. We had a great meal at the Belle Isola restaurant on the ground floor of the building.
The best hotel ever, we love all. Amazing view, perfect location (very close to all famous villas) bus station under the corner, the same with the boat to another cities.
apartment is also so comfortable and clean, we have all we need at kitchen. A lot of additional pillows and blankets. There is also amazing terrace and balcony with the best view.
breakfast was wonderful, location quiet yet Tremezzo, Villa Carlotta, and Cadenabbia (3) ferry docks were very close, so easy reachable to Belaggio, Varenna, Lenno, etc. Food at the restaurant was EXCELLENT, view from restaurant were INCREDIBLE. Italians are nice people (we have been to Italy 3 times and NEVER had a bad experience).
It was clean, neat, having a view on Como lake both from guest room and bathroom. Towels were fresh and you had a bin in the room, which comes very handy. Host was very responsive and attentive. Breakfast was typical but rich, including yoghurts, cereal, some cookies, boiled eggs and variety of cheese and Prosciutto’s.
What a bang for the buck! With this lovely hotel, anyone can afford to comfortable stay where the rich and famous go, for 1/10th of the price. Practical, clean, friendly, and great location, right on the lake, and walking distance from ferry. Andrea and Silvia were very nice and the breakfast was lovely.
Location is great - a few steps from ferry dock, a few more to the 'slow boat' dock. The hotel feels recently well refurbished, traditional without being 'precious.' The 'private park' is wonderful and unexpected. Service is attentive, gentile, helpful, without being overly present. Just perfect.
Superb location facing the lake with sweeping views over to Bellagio. The owner is a super friendly and charming chap who made us feel very welcome. Excellent breakfast, both inside the hotel and on the gorgeous terrace (which also doubled as an evening restaurant with an excellent local menu)
I was under the impression I was booking a HOTEL from Priceline and not an apartment from booking.com. There was NO ac which was not advertised either. My husband became Ill overnight due to the heat. The fan provided was disgusting and I have the photos to share.
Table on outdoor balcony, splendid view. Easy walk to ferry, wish we had spent more time exploring upper Griante and hike to St Martin. Was a good base for too short stay in Como. Regret not eating pizza at little bar up the hill, hope there is a next time.
Highly recommended. The owners of the hotel are very kind and hospitable and give a homely feeling. Meals are served at the hotel’s restaurant located on the lake across the road. Arrive at the hotel and Giacomo will already make you feel at home.
There was free parking and plenty of it! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room and the hotel were very clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a beautiful terrace to eat it on and a view of the lake. Our room also had a lake view.
The hotel and the service was exceptional. The food was freshly prepared. They also upgraded us to a room with balcony.
The breakfast/dinner place by the lake was beautiful. Will definitely stay here again if we visit lake Como.
Beautiful hotel in a stunning location overlooking Lake Como. The gardens and outdoor pool are exceptional and provide a quiet oasis in which to relax. The breakfast was very good with lots of options.
One of the best places to stay at lake Como!
Very stylish yet cozy apartment next to the ferry pier.
It has everything you need for your perfect Italian vacation:) The host was very helpful and nice.
Andrea was a wonderful host, the hotel is in a fabulous location, convenient to bus and ferry, great breakfast, excellent shower. And the view is straight across the lake to Bellagio!
Incredible lake view, a few steps from ferry stop “Cadenabbia-Traghetto”, modern renovation. Excellent value for money - half the price of a comparable 3* hotel.
