In the light of day, the place looked fine, and I suppose it'll be nice for summer travelers given its proximity to the sea. The hotel manager was also much nicer to us the next day.

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, and genuine.
No pretense here. The location was perfect to explore this beautiful seaside town. Rooms were spotless. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the bar to grab snacks, lunch, and caffe. The beach and water were beautiful. Very smooth rocky beach. Complimentary lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels.

The property was very clean and beautiful! I was very impressed! The location was amazing with a gelato shop and grocery store right down the street! All amenities inside the apartment worked perfectly and the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Santa Marinella is a very quiet town, with very few food options at the time I visited, second week of April. I feel that the beach and bay area could be renovated to be more welcoming. This was a pleasant place to spend a few days before taking a cruise from Civitiveccia which is just one rail stop away. Winter temperatures were excellent for walking around the resort and visiting adjacent towns by rail. Fantastic place and people! Lovely terrace overlooking the beach , very good breakfast and wonderful hosts . Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and shops easy walking distance . The hosts were wonderful. The room was great for a night or two. Located close to beach. The small fridge was appreciated. The pool was refreshing after a long day on the road... more of a large soaking pool with attached jet tub. Lots of outdoor seating and lovely second floor terrace. I would highly recommend the corner seaview rooms because the lighting was very good. The view from the restaurant is water front and beautiful. The hotel has access to a rocky beach and they provide beach chairs plus towels. They also provided wet shoes for walking in the water because there are a lot seaweed growing on the rocks. . The sea water was clear and calm for swimming too. Overall we had an relaxing stay.

The hotel is in a very beautiful location, within a short walk to the beach. On the premises there is a lovely restaurant and cafe which served a great breakfast in the morning. You can’t beat this view overlooking the sea and hills from a distance. It was very peaceful and we had an pleasantly unforgettable experience.
