Shortly after I arrived I accidentally broke a drinking glass in my room. The receptionist was very helpful and personally vacuumed the floor to ensure that all the pieces had been removed.

Great location, near gare central for public transport...25 minutes to walk to city centre or 3 stops on tram. Only 20 minutes from airport on 29 bus. Public transport is free and very good.
Staying here often and it does what it says on the package. I find the staff attitude and welcoming standard good for this type of hotel, usually way above average. Location is good for car travellers. Public transport is not really to be considered to get to office or commercial areas in Luxembourg . Some restaurants around the hotel so you can get a decent meal. Breakfast and rooms normal ibis budget standard. Rooms are clean, some wear and tear but nothing major.
The beds are absolutely great. I climbed to the top bunk and had the sleep of my life, haha! The room was small but tidy, we actually don't need much space so that's alright. Other than that, the receptionist was very friendly, the breakfast buffet offered everything that I usually eat: a cheese sandwich, fruit yogurt, and fruit (and it was cheap), and I didn't have a problem parking my SUV next to the hotel, so all good. Eight stars out of ten.
The hotel has enough parking. It was close to the highway. It was clean and typical ibis furniture that has minimalist theme which we like. The shower is spacious although it's out in the open, not in a bathroom. Although it doesn't have a dedicated room for bathroom, but at least the wc is in a closed room which is good! The pillow is nice and comfortable. It also has elevator so no need to worry about carrying the luggage.
Hotel was very convieniently placed near the motorway, and there was good car parking. The decor seemed a bit tired and tatty overall. The room was clean with all the basics. No kettle etc in the room. Staff were polite but not particularly friendly and took a while to come to reception.
Room is very very congested. Budget hotel means not that cheap. No inside lock for toilet & bath room, no hook inside bath room to just hang cloths, no toilet brush, no kettle to boil winter. You don’t offer just coffee/team in the room? These are basic things.
Typical Ibis for an overnight inexpensive stay. Italian restaurant next door for diners. Room was alright, breakfast was the usual Ibis sort of thing. Staff was very friendly though and helpful.
Not much. The hotel is very basic, the room too. I was in other ibis budget hotels in the past, but this is the simplest, if I can say this way.
At least it was easy to find a parking slot.
