Spotless clean
Room is huge
Simple cupboard, nice
Comfy beds
With Iron board, Iron, prayer mat, 3 chairs - big plus, 2 extra bench at the end of each bed (nice touch).
We had a problem with our keycard after breakfast & had to ask one of the cleaning staff to unlock our room. No wonder the room was spotless, the cleaners went inside the rooms shoeless(we saw when they were cleaning other room) And yes, without shoes while cleaning the room, rooms can be kept really clean easily, n this mean they are serious in keeping their rooms clean, well done!!!
It's in front of supermarkets, close to ECO too, laundry, restaurant & DIY. Parking can be found around the hotel.

A few places we had to skip to catch our time. but most time we spend on Wang Kelian and Gua Kelam. It's rainy and cloudy during our trip. Cool for those who love history and adventure. Ikan Bakar Api-Api the most recommended restaurant.

Kuala Perlis is by the Straits of Malacca.
Kuala Perlis is by the Straits of Malacca. It's just a fishing-coastal town. As Langkawi and the Satun Islands become more of a tourist hop, this coastal city has been booming relatively at a constant pace. The number 1 business in the city is of course tourism but its also a gem for Perlis residents to enjoy its diverse array of seafood and sea products. Of course, cities in Perlis are relatively small, neighbourly, and simple but if any of its residents thought of just hanging out, there's just an eighty-minute ferry ride to Langkawi. Additionally, there's Alor Setar, Kedah that seats just an hour or an hour and a half from Perlis cities.

It is the best place for family, friends or a group people who come to travel Perlis in future. It is nearer to the sea and jetty. Besides, if you want to go out for dinner you can just walk by the restaurant for 5 minutes only.

1. Located in a less crowded and less noisy part of town. Street-side Parking was assessable.
2. Easy access to the Kuala Perlis Jetty.
3. Rooms were spacious, neat, tidy and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
4. The Staff were friendly and very courteous, very accommodating to our requests. Despite the Hari Raya holidays, the Staff worked hard and were very cheerful and helpful.
The location of the hotel within walking distance of the famed Citarasa Mona Ikan Bakar was a big plus.
The breakfast buffet spread in the Samudera Coffee House was generous. But the quality of food is a bit poor. The chef needs to improve his cooking skills.
The Laksa Kuala Perlis was nicely prepared.
Very close to Kuala Perlis jetty, spacious room, a bit dusty but still ok, hotel in a residential area but no disturbance whatsoever, quiet atmosphere and quite easy to buy food restaurants are very close..
The location is just about three minutes walk from the Kuala Perlis jetty. Friendly staff. Eateries within walking distance like the Hai Thien seafood restaurant.
Overall very satisfied with the room given and the toilet are clean, very recommended and if I'm going to Perlis again, insyaallah will repeat this hotel!
