Clean hotel with lovely interior design. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and we didn’t really get much of a bad smell from the bathroom - but e could mainly only smell it on 1 day. Shower pressure was amazing. Aircon worked extremely well - if anything we were too cold at times but this is much better than being too hot. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

I absolutely love Phi Phi island and have been back multiple times. I highly recommend staying on the island to enjoy the island experience. It's great being able to get there, settle in and be able to walk every where. Everyone is incredibly friendly and there is a bit of everything. Lots of great restaurants and bars to enjoy. Great night life scene, and also plenty of relaxation to be had. I recommend a tour of the islands on the long tail boats, the boat parties can be fun, but they can be hit or miss.

Koh Phi Phi is a bustling little island packed with all sorts of holiday makers from the backpacking community through to high end hotel guests. There are characterful little lanes filled with food vendors, restaurants and other shops and stalls and in the evening the bars and evening activities kick into action and carry on until the small hours. There are beautiful beaches and also endless possibilities of boat travel round the island and other close bye sights. Very busy, very lively and very beautiful.

Absolute paradise. Lives up to the hype.
Absolute paradise. Lives up to the hype. The water is turquoise and crystal clear. Get out on a day boat trip, see bamboo island and you’ll never want to leave. And while you’re here, eat at the “Thai Duck Restaurant”. I went back and ate there 4 times while on the island. Get the duck soup!

Really beautiful island with some amazing viewpoints.
Really beautiful island with some amazing viewpoints. Great for people who want to party as there is lots of lively bars. If you are looking to relax I wouldn’t recommend as most of the activities include alcohol.
The island overall is very walkable and there is some great food spots.
The views from the property were absolutely amazing. Eventhough we had to go up the stairs, it was more than worth it and it is feasible!!! When we arrived, the stuff made sure to guide us from the port until to the resort and they carried our luggages until our room. We did not have to care about them. The room was super clean and very comfy. The resort is 10 min walking from the centre of the island, were is all the noise. We had such a great experience staying at this resort and for sure we will book again when we will visit Phi Phi Don :)
The staff were amazing! The girl at reception is so bubbly and kind, and the fact that someone not only transfers your luggage to and from the pier but also carries it up the many stairs is tremendous. Jojo and Gigi (the hotel kitties) were adorable. Stunning view from our room. Air conditioning worked great. Also my boyfriend accidentally left a bag behind with some clothes in it and the staff went above and beyond to actually send it on a ferry to Koh Lanta the next day to get it back to us! Fantastic service. Overall just such a nice stay.
This was an absolute dream. We were upgraded to the superior beach bungalow which was gorgeous, clean, spacious. It was right on the beach and the view was spectacular. Bamboo island is close by so a day trip from this hotel is a must. The staff were lovely and the frozen Margaritas were delicious. If you’re staying for a while there are also some restaurants very close to the hotel - chilli and pepper (cute little treetop venue), jasmine & mama ping. This was one of our favourite stays, will definitely return.
the hotel is ok especially compared to others in phi phi island. they started bad with us cause we booked a deluxe garden view and got the wall of the building instead so we had to argue with the reception about it (she was pretty rude) only after we insisted talking to a manager (June was super nice and helpful) then she offered a solution to move the next night to a different room with pool view which was very nice and clean. breakfast is served on the beach and it was nothing special.
The hotel is located at the center of the island, close to a variety of restaurants and a cluster of grocery stores including 7-11. Access to both Ton Sai and Loh Dalum beaches was convenient. Our room wasn't that big but it was still very clean and the bed was comfortable nonetheless, The hotel isn't too far from the pier but there was a staff member waiting for us at the pier who carried our luggage to the hotel in a cart. The staff were friendly overall and wi-fi speed was excellent.
One of the big problem when you arrive at or leave from Phi Phi is that there is no transportation in this island. It becomes a big hassle to carry all the luggages from the pier to whatever hotel/resort you are staying in. Andaman provides you with FREE luggage carriers who would collect your luggages and reach them to either the hotel/pier. Beside this, there are many good nearby restaurants for good food. Very close to the beach. Has a very good and accessible pool.
Good location, far from center is a plus. Own private beach.
You can walk to longer beach and shark point, or to another size of the island and have excellent snorkeling (no reason to buy boat tours, in my opinion).
Phi phi center area and viewpoints are also in walkable distance if you into it.
Good breakfast (variety and taste)
Large terrace with hammock and sofa/table.
Hotel boat delivers you from/to ferry ship. You can buy ferry ticket on reception.
Accommodation on Koh Phi Phi is a brand-new hotel boasting exceptional interiors and cleanliness. The room offers spaciousness, a clean bathroom, and comfort. Situated in the heart of the island, it provides easy access to shops, beaches, and the open-air evening market. Additionally, you receive a water bottle every day. With comfortable lodging, an excellent location, and friendly amenities, it serves as an ideal base for exploring Koh Phi Phi.
This resort is by far the best location on Phi Phi don island with the most beautiful reefs for snorkelling. Staff were lovely and always ready to lend a hand. Post covid - the resort is undergoing some maintenance and staff training but guests are not affected by this and can only be seen when walking around the property. Food is great and there is a great selection of wine.
The view was amazing. Hotel was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. They got our luggages from the pier and helped us sending them back to the pier the day we left. I saw the other reviews about the stairs being a nightmare but for my opinion they were okay and not hard to climb. When we left they gave us postcards from Phi Phi Islands, it was lovely.
It was an excellent hotel it felt like you were in paradise. The food was reasonably priced and to an excellent standard we really enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. We wished we'd stayed longer if we we're to travel to Thailand again we would return to this hotel on Phi Phi Island again. Highly recommended to anyone to give it a try as you won't be disappointed.
The hotel is great, but the location is problematic.
If you plan to stay only at the hotel you’ll have an amazing time, but to get anywhere else on the island you have to take a longtail boat that costs at least 300/400 baht per person and takes half an hour, which makes getting around very difficult.
One of the worse hotels I have stayed in it’s nothing like the pictures we paid extra for sea view room looked like all the rooms was the same £350 for 2 nights looked like it was the worse hotel on the island would not recommend it
The location of the hotel is stunning, on the nicest beach of Phi Phi islands. The view from the villa was amazing, also our stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly.
Our room was in front of the pool which gave us a nice view of the hotel. The room is nice, clean and comfortble. The hotel location is excellent, 5 min from the port.
