Rooms here are spacious and well-maintained. The decor is perfect for the location. The breakfast was exceptional. There were easily 20 small plates delivered to each table. Not a buffet but directly to the table. There was plenty for each of the three of us and we couldn't eat all of the food provided. Breakfast included traditional Turkish breakfast offerings.
Staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay offering bottled water and directions for local points of interest.

It is a very beautiful and peaceful area.
It is a very beautiful and peaceful area. It's a good idea to include Pamukkale on your Turkey visit route. One day should be enough.
Note: entry to access the thermal pools is expensive but covers a very large area. Consider knowing if they have water so you don't make a trip in vain.

The ruins of Hierapolis are worth visiting.
The ruins of Hierapolis are worth visiting. The rest was a huge disappointment. We were unable to see any similarity with the tourist promotion photos. The white thermal pools with blue water can barely be seen. Cleopatra's pool is a trap for tourists. Extra payment is required.
The thermal pools are artificial, slippery and full of tourists. We have to walk barefoot on aggressive flooring.
The entrance at the bottom next to the city is a mistake. It requires you to walk up barefoot for more than 500 meters on very harsh ground for your feet.

This place is only worth visiting if you have never been there. Even so, you have to manage your expectation and forget about all the photographs about Pamukkale you saw, which is pretty much the magic of a good photographer. Most of the pool are dried and there are far too many people.
The Herapolis ruins is surprising good and well- maintained, which I would perfer to stay there longer. Our visit via the north gate is a good choice though.

I read many reviews of people complaining about lack of water or the site globally turning grey. Climate change. I was visiting mid September after months of no rain and water was enough to understand why even Cleopatra came there: Hierapolis (full) visit is amazing. I recommend people to read a bit the story of this city before visiting

You just need 1 day in Pamukkale.
You just need 1 day in Pamukkale. The best experience; wake up early and get to the South gate by 06H30, when it's not busy. Spend the first hour or so viewing the travertines and open-air ruins. There may be less water than what you see in videos. Rather than bathing the shallow, man-made travertine pools, get to the Ancient Pool by 08H00 and pay to swim there. It is an amazing experience before 08H30, when the crowds get there.
I stayed at a hotel in Pamukkale the year before and there was very little in town other than restaurants geared towards tourists. Mucize Termal was 5 minutes from a pedestrian shopping/food street. Great food at a reasonable price was easy to find. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The owners were friendly and easy to work with. I also appreciated the pool for swimming and the thermal pool to soak in. I'll definitely be staying there again next year!
My second time staying here; same room with comfortable bed, huge shower, and plenty of hot water. The family that owns this place is so warm and welcoming and the location is prime with easy walking distance to anywhere in Pamukkale - including lower gate for climbing the travertine up to the ancient city ruins of Hieropolis. It's my favorite place beyond Istanbul and I'll always stay at Hotel Pamukkale anytime I return to the area.
Hotel had an indoor and outdoor thermal spa- we used the indoor one along with friends and family. late night check in was fast. Breakfast could be better considering the different type of tourists. Dinner was included in package and was fine. walkable distance to the market where you can get souvenirs, swimming dresses, fruits, drinks, etc. Limited options nearby for the food. room / bath area was spacious. good for a short stay.
Bellamartimo exceeded my expectations, as compared to the other 3 hotels I stayed in in Turkey, without a doubt, it was the best.
Excellent staff (kindness, availability and professionalism).
Wonderful breakfast.
The entire structure, bedroom/bathroom, functional, clean, cozy.
Good location.
Absolutely, recommendable.
very kind staff and modern facilities, especially the shower. personally I have to say. the WiFi is soooooo so good. don’t know why WiFi is so bad in turkey ‘s hotels. but here is so good. then I have to say thank you to ünal, the staff there. he is professional attitude definitely showed the quality of this hotel.
the hotel was excellent. the rooms were spacious and the bathroom was modern and clean. the pool area was great as a break from the heat (& we were allowed to use it after check out which was amazing). best breakfast we’ve had in Turkey - extensive buffet! and a super cute puppy made the stay for us.
lovely place to stay, the facilities (incl pool and thermal pool) are well run and clean, the owner is super friendly, and even the breakfast goes a bit beyond what you usually get. location is quite nice in a small town near Pamukkale that is less touristy. excellent stay and great value for money
Ali was a great host and helped managed our transfers during odd hours which made our tight turkey schedule a bit easier.
The place was quite good and quite close to the actual location for which Pamukkale is famous for.
Shall look forward to book Ali's hotel on our next visit to Pamukkale.
The perfect, affordable hotel to stay in when visiting Pamukkale. It's located in the town, super close the the main entrance to the park, as well as near all the restaurants and the bus stops to Denizli. The room was spacious and clean. Can't beat it for the price.
This is my 4th trip to Turkey and I've been to many hotels before this, but I must say Whitehaven suit hotel stood out amongst the rest by far, from friendly welcoming staff that speak English, which is a bonus in turkey, to exceptional hospitality and cleanliness.
Amazing stay, would definitely recommend it. The breakfast was amazing, the best out of all 8 hotels we stayed at during our visit to Turkey. The hotel itself was really nice and clean; the staff was extremely helpful with everything. Cannot recommend enough.
Staff was a family. Very friendly. They cooked dinner for a charge but very good price and taste for the cost. Nice pool and good clean facilities. AC and wifi. Absolute best hotel for the price in Turkey.
The bus stop is near the hotel and when you take a tour of pamukkale it's just walking distance by foot.
The staff are kind and the room is big and comfotable and you could go thourgh minenal water sho
Hotel ‘s near Pamukkale , we can walk to Pamukkale in the morning . Hotel manager ‘s kind , he suggest beautiful place to visit on the way to Antalya (Kaklık Mağarası & Salda lake) .
It was comfortable, clean, tidy. Good value for money. A normal breakfast, you will definitely not be hungry.
