Asked for a queen in the booking. We got two double beds which was what was available when we checked in. We took it because we got to check in early. Whoop! Also liked the washer and dryers we could use for free!

Excellent location, walking distance to the White House and the National Mall as well as other museums and restaurants. Easy access to public transportation. The area is VERY well served by buses and is an easy walking distance from two metro stations. Our room was very spacious, quiet and had a very comfortable bed. It had a Lavazza espresso machine with pods (similar to Nespresso) that we absolutely loved!
